Had them come out recently after purchasing a home. Had a number of locks and keys we weren't sure about. Had them consolidate locks to be the same key and organize everything for us. They did a great job. Super friendly. Would definitely recommend.
I got new key made for my ford focus and key fob i asked them if they could get me extra key for my chevy Silverado they didn't charge me for the truck key the service was great i would recommend them to anyone
Terrible customer service for the woman answering phone. She told me about an hour and that someone will call me. I waited an hour and half. I Called back and Asked when will he be here. She said she had no idea it would be longer. I said so no one was going to call me and let me know that. She said no. I said that's very unprofessional. She said have a good day and hung up.
Met my college kid in Lebanon and she accidentally locked her keys in her car. We found this company online and they were super friendly on the phone. The locksmith called when he was headed to our location and arrived in less than 10 minutes. He was friendly and very proficient and had her keys out in less than 2 minutes!! So thankful for good people that provide awesome service!!
I happened to drop my keys on the ground, outside of Harrison’s Key/Lock Shop and someone found them and turned them in. That was yesterday. I spoke to this nice young lady and she told them she would hold them for me… until next Wednesday! I couldn’t believe it! I told her I really didn’t want to start my car up and use gas to come over and get the keys, but I had to run an errand on Wednesday anyway. I seldom get such great service with a smile. I will go nowhere else for my keys.
Harrison's is a top notch locksmith. I've had a bunch of key cut for house, pad lock and cars including a Lazer key and all were perfect and very reasonable on pricing. I won't go anywhere else for keys or lock services
