Great people to deal with. Top notch sales and service Bill,Steve and Scott always take care of our boating needs
I came into Harrison's Marine & RV to order a Tracker Targa boat. The salesman, Justin helped me with the questions I had. He made me feel at ease as I had just came from another dealer and did not have a positive experience. Together Justin, sales manager Bill and I ordered the boat from Tracker. When I was leaving the owner even came to the parking lot to thank me. About two weeks into the process I had a change of events. When I contacted Justin and Bill I explained the situation, they totally understood. I was refunded the deposit with no problem at all. They had said they wanted me as a customer and to come back when I was ready. They wished me the best. That is the RIGHT WAY to treat people and sets the bar for customer satisfaction. So many companies just worry about making the deal. Harrison's Marine wanted me, the customer to be happy with the purchase. I will without reservation recommend Harrison's Marine & RV.
Very disappointed in the service. Had my r-pod in to get fixed 3 times.been there almost all summer, and it's brand new. Same problem over and over with the refrigerator. Would not recommend buying a trailer from them!!
After purchasing a used travel trailer 3 months ago from Harrison's Marine and RV, I felt I should share some of the shortcomings of my experience with these folks. 1. After finding a camper trailer we were interested in, we arranged a time and day to meet the salesperson, as we were coming from 3hr15min out of town, one way, 6+ hour round trip. We came prepared to purchase and drive the trailer off the lot. Upon arrival the salesperson said the trailer was not ready and his staff was off for the day, Sunday. This led to a second 6.5hour round trip to pick up the trailer at a later date. They should have mentioned the trailer was not ready prior to me making the first trip. I feel they were more focused on receiving a deposit for the purchase. Highly inconvenient. 2. I spoke with 4 separate people during the entire experience which made it frustrating not knowing who to talk to if I had questions, I anticipated one person to walk me through the purchase process, this is what I am accustom too. 3. When picking up the trailer, they were going to let me drive it off the lot with very low tire pressure in all tires. I had to bring this to their attention so they could have a staff member fill the tires. Low tires create excessive heat leading to blow outs. I was shocked they would have let this fly, especially knowing I was immediately traveling out of town. 4. After waiting patiently, 3 months for the new license plates, as indicated by the sales staff it may take 3 months, my dealer plates are now expired, and I have no new plates. I reviewed my copy of the DMV paperwork for the sale and determined they submitted the paperwork in error, indicating the trailer had a dealer plate number which was on the trailer and an original license plate number which I did not have. The DMV registration tags I received for the trailer; was for the plate number I was not in possession of. I first called Harrison's Marine and RV to inquire about the discrepancy and determine whether they were holding onto the original plates and just forgot to give them to me. After explaining the circumstances to yet another staff member, she indicated the DMV made a mistake or the plates got lost in the mail. Clearly, they had made the mistake when submitting the DMV paperwork indicating the trailer already had plates, which are apparently now nonexistent. I ended up ordering replacement plates from the DMV. I understand mistakes happen, but it is a matter of dealer accountability and whether they are quick to "pass-the-buck". I personally would not go out of my way to purchase from these folks again, based on my experience.
I took my boat to them before I bought it to check it out. They told nothing was wrong. I bought the boat and took to my shop in my town for the general maintenance before I put it on the water. My shop found over $3,000 worth of repairs needed. Obviously Harrison's did a quick and terrible job. I can't trust them any more.
Had a great experience with the purchase of a new boat. The staff were helpful and very responsive. Couldn’t of been smoother
I have been continually impressed with the service department. Scott has always taken care of my concerns and addressed them in a timely manner. Thanks guys!
My husband and I just purchased our first RV. I cannot say enough good things about the level of professionalism and courtesy and expertise from the people at Harrisons Marine & RV. Our sales person was Harry, and he is very experienced, and low pressure, which I appreciated! Harry answered all of our questions and made us feel very comfortable looking at RVs. When we decided on our purchase, Stephen the general manager, stepped in and helped us with all of the paperwork. Steve is also an avid camper and very experienced. Todd was the person who helped us through our walk-through and he answered all of our questions and was very patient with us as we are brand new to this experience! When we brought our RV home, we realized that we needed some more instruction and help in how to unload it from our truck. We called Steve the general manager, and within an hour he was at our house giving us instructions and making sure we felt completely comfortable with operating our tow package. I feel this goes way beyond the call of duty! I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate the service that we have received! The entire staff have made themselves available to help us answer any questions we have, and give us all the support we need, so our experience with owning our first RV is not stressful but a great experience! My husband and I will definitely need some handholding as we learn how to maintain and enjoy our new RV. We have been told to call them anytime with questions! If you’re an experienced camper, or if you’re considering entering into the RV world, I highly recommend that you visit these folks! Michael and Lisa Smith
Very knowledgable staff, helpful and friendly. The staff goes out of their way to help and ensure you get the right product for you and your families needs. Lots of inventory to choose from. Service is fast and very good.
They responded to my question within an acceptable time frame via Email. They answered my questions in detail, engine size and time frame of how soon I could pick it up from prep. I asked another question and they responded saying they were removing the factory seats why? and upgrading them to another model. Therefore the price is going up. I did not want the mysterious upgraded seats. I doubt they upgraded anything, and it is not the cost up charge as much as the act of it that bothers me Why would you start modifying a NEW boat in the middle of a purchase only to stick the buyer with a higher price? Oh yea, more $$$$$$. They chose the bait and switch gag on a fishing boat and lost a sale? The sad thing is I am replacing my 2019 RV with a New R-pod, they don't get that sale either. To throw salt on a wound ,they offered me a used boat that was slightly cheaper. They don't even know what they did wrong. Poor customer service.
