Just switched today, after 38 years with Rite Aid. Rite Aid charges for deliveries now!! Harrold's employee, Jada, was so kind to help me transfer my meds to Harrold's. THANK YOU HARROLD'S!!
O have been lied to from this pharmacy since I have had to use it. I was expecting my meds to be delivered today around noon and no meds! The meds I am needing are very important. And for the receptionist to lie to and to tell they would be here by noon is ridiculous. Others I know where I currently reside have nothing but negative experience as well with this pharmacy. I can bet if it's them or pettheu know that use this pharmacy and they need meds or have medical issues that need life sustaining medicine they would make sure that the meds get filled and delivered to family or friends quick and in a hurry!! I'm very disappointed in this pharmacy. Cvs is definitely my go to for sure!!
I agree with Lynn’s review…I can’t fathom how anyone could give this pharmacy less than 4 stars if you choose a 1 star, I think you may have had an unusual experience for this pharmacy or may be impossible to please. In my experience, Harrold’s goes above and beyond in customer service. I was beyond impressed. When 3 other chain pharmacies were completely unable to fill my dog’s medication, Harrold’s was able to get it quickly. Prices are reasonable. Customer Service is far above excellent and they’re very communicative. The store is also quite unique and sells a variety of interesting and necessary products. I love this place and grateful they exist!
They are very friendly. They go out of their way to help you. They deliver which is great. I would highly recommend this pharmacy.
Keeping money in the local pharmacy instead of going to a chain like CVS OR RITE AID. The people at Harold's is always nice and if one person doesn't know the answer they find someone who does.
I'd give them " zero" stars if that was possible ! Never had another issue since I switched pharmacies ! And yes, the lie that they can't fill bc of the insurance company gets old fast ! They called me a few times saying they were getting my prescription early and would wait until I got there to say " we can't fill it yet " or " too early " ... like they act like they are doing you a favor by filling you're script !!!! It's not the insurance company, it is harrolds pharmacy!! And since I lef
Apparently.. to give them the benefit of doubt they are understaffed….Meds have been sent to wrong apt …Meds never on time …sadly the only pharmacy that does compound Unfortunately
I can't understand why anyone would give this place one star. Nobody is perfect and sometimes humans make mistakes. I have never had a problem with customer service here. Every employee I have encountered has been respectful and nice. Wonderful pharmacy.
Curtious, professional, and prompt service with friendly, personable staff.
Wonderful old school pharmacy tends to all you need without the big chain feeling
