Now, this store....they have so many things I could have purchased, but I'm glad I stopped myself. We went into return a package, and I wanted some teas and seasonings. I just got the teas.
Just had my first experience at this location as a handicap and I have to say between the staff and the layout, they made it really easy to use the motor chair. There was an employee who was even able to take the chair back from handicap parking which made a huge difference. So thankful. The only odd thing had nothing to do with my worries- our checkout woman Birlie seemed visibly disappointed we rolled in to her lane and I had to ask a few times to confirm if the prime credit card was 5% cash back. Not knowing is fine, not finding out is a problem.
Get rid of the Dyson hand dryer, disgusting useless invention has nothing to do with ergonomics and get something people actually can use xlerator from Uline On the plus side there is a hard working nice polite black guy at the pizza section.
Opened in Metuchen and a nice addition for your grocery needs. Much of the items are organic. Nice meat, fish, cheese, deli, sections. They also have prepared homemade items in the event you don't want to cook. This is a more upscale supermarket and you will be paying more but, you are getting quality for it. Plenty of parking and lot is well lit. Update: more customers but, not as much as other major supermarkets.
Very unreliable fruit and bakery sections. There is no consitency in carrying products. This is especially a problem for the bakery. Your favorite bread is one day there and then gone forever. Additionally, the majority of the breads that they cook have rosemary scent in them even though the label says they don't. They seem to buy the dough from an outside vendor who doesn't do a good job cleaning their dishes. As a result, the majority of the dough that wholefood bakery receives have rosemary scent. The fruit section is also very unreliable especially organic banana and strawberries. You always have to roll a dice and hope for the best. Cheers
This location checks all of the boxes. Hot food bar, dining area, can also return Amazon packages as well here. The produce here is consistently fresh and high quality. Of course you will pay for it but at least you will not be disappointed. The steaks here are great as pictured. Very good marbling. Shopping with your Amazon credit card and using your Whole Foods App saves a few dollars at least. A great location, and they also deliver to your house if your in their radius.
Very clean and well organized. The produce section was inviting to me. Everything looked fresh. Didn’t notice any expired fruit or veggies on the counters. Employees were friendly and willing to help. Another helpful department is the Amazon returns section. You can shop for groceries and make returns under one roof. I needed to use the restroom while there. Really well designed. There are separate rooms as opposed to one men’s room and one ladies room. I noted that they were kept clean and stocked. Rooms have baby changing stations too. Plenty of parking including handicapped. Overall, a very appealing place to shop.
Great store with plenty of variety to pick from.. Staff are well educated on products being sold in the store. Want to eat healthier this is the store!
Poor customer service, neither the check out lady responded me nor said goodbye … I felt she say hello to customers based on the skin color… store manager please train your staff to greet or at least nod when customer wish them. No complains on how store is maintained but staff checkout lady her name is IRINA was very rude. Stop being racist to your customers
Things are super expensive but mostly with good quality. However, in the past couple of years, I have found the quality deteriorating in the produce secrion. For example, the carrots are not as fresh anymore. It is consoling that there are some discounts for amazon prime users.
