The new playground is a great place for the kids to run off some energy on the days it doesn’t rain. They’re we’re a lot of kids for my grandson to play with and he really enjoyed the new sit n twirl and all the swings, slides, and all the other neat new things. And the play ground floor is made up of a soft material so if they fall it doesn’t hurt as bad. The playgrounds were clean and the facility’s were nice and clean as well. We will be back often.
Exceptional personal to deal with. Have been a member of the County for many years and have had the pleasure of using the recreational services. The fields and and equipment are great. Most importantly the people are great to work with and to be around. I can truly say i have friends in the department. They want to be your friend
Jim is the rudest most inconsiderate person I have ever interacted with. The spot I originally rented had a last minute issue and canceled so I called and was told a shelter was available and to be there at 9 am and it was mine. Being that I live two hours away my sister asked if she could go ahead and drop the money in the door yesterday. He said no. My sister gets there at 9 this morning and he already rented everything out. I now have to cancel my child's sweet 16 party. We tried everything to handle this yesterday and he refused. What an archaic system to put one person with such a nasty attitude and zero flexibility over such a thing. Maybe create a website where rentals are available 24/7 like everyone else? I work nights 6 days a week, I'm not up when most people are which means I have zero chance of ever catching people during the day.
This gives a lot of memories about me hanging out with my high school friends last year here. It's so funny how one simple memory can go away then come back..
It's ok but not the best good to go play basket ball with freinds
Jim was very nice and helpful with me renting a shelter at Old 29
Peaceful and pretty! Child friendly and great place for dog walking!
I have such fond memories of bringing my little ones here when they were...well still little. Now they are teens, but my daughter and I visited today to relive the happy memories.
Clean fields, friendly atmosphere.. we love hart county
Needs a shovel and broom so the users can clean the dirt run off, otherwise a nice pavilion.
