By far the best experience ever! These people are so passionate about what they do and have so much patience with the little ones. My daughter felt safe and confident having instructors like John by her side. Thier hospitality and welcoming vibe make you feel right at home. My daughter cannot wait to go back.
What can I say, I love this place. I've been taking lessons here for 2 years from Jame Hart, he is an awesome instructor. Their horse barn is clean, organized and most importantly "safe". I would totally recommend this barn for lessons.
We were on a company leadership retreat over Labor Day. We showed up, spur of the moment, and the Hart team was able to accommodate our group of three in an hour. The trainer, Jamie, was personable, encouraging and knowledgeable. Our group ranged from beginner to expert rider. They sorted us well, giving the beginner a patient horse. And our expert was given Jamie's horse. Wow! He loved it. We would definitely come back again when we're in the area. Thanks for a great adventure!

A very nice gentleman named John was giving lessons to young ladies. Some of them had never been on a horse before and this was their first time. I had been on many horses myself so I was allowed to let my horse run and Canter in the arena it was such a great feeling I loved it!! I missed it !!! it's such good therapy!!
Came here for horseback riding today! John was super friendly and easily taught us how to ride the horses. We borrowed some socks and shoes and went for both indoor/outdoor and a couple trails for about an hour and a half. We got to learn about each of the horses and I actually ended up learning a lot about how they take care of them and train them. Very knowledgeable information! They seem to be pretty busy but they were generous enough to squeeze us in. I would definitely recommend this place if you are ever visiting Yakima!
Second time that we left our two horses here. We just moved back from Texas to this area. I'm so glad that the Hart Ranch Stables are here, plus all these beautiful horses everywhere. Sue has welcomed us back with open arms and even let us live in our camper on her Ranch until we find a new home. All horses are being well taking care of. What a great place.
We’ve boarded our horse at Hart for just over six months now. Jon gives my granddaughter age 12 lessons on a regular basis and is very good. My granddaughter is strong willed and Jon never runs out of patience, or at least keeps it well hidden. The ranch is a family operation and each person is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We are novice horse owners and they have gone out of their way to educate us and answer our questions. I highly recommend Hart ranch!
The staff is the most friendly and there is so much I learn squeezed into an hour of a single lesson. The whole family have just been excellent people and I can't wait to get back in there.
We board our horse there on a monthly basis. The Hart family is amazing! They treat my daughter as one of their own! They even let her borrow a western saddle until we can get one of our own. Definitely recommend these stables to anyone.
