Description

Hartford 21 is a 36-story, 134m skyscraper located at 211 Trumbull Street in Downtown Hartford, Connecticut. It is the fourth tallest building in Hartford and the fifth in the state. Housing 262 luxury apartments and lower level retail and office space, Hartford 21 was designed by Childs Bertman Tseckares Inc.. Completed in 2006, the building is one of Hartford's newest skyscrapers, and purported to be the tallest residential tower between New York City and Boston. It is located adjacent to the XL Center, near where Asylum Street intersects Trumbull Street.

If I could give more stars I would! My experience at Hartford 21 has been excellent. The staff are so kind and helpful! My experience with management was always positive. It's unfortunate I had to move for personal reasons, however, I would highly recommend Harford 21 to anyone looking for excellent, quality living!
f you want to live in Hartford Downtown, you wont get a better place to stay. The view from the apartment is really good and the apartment has top notch amenities. Staff, concierge everything is really good and this is what makes H21 a luxury apartment. There are 2-3 more options to stay in Hartford Downtown but i had been to all those apartments and H21 stands out in every aspect. Had a great 1.5 year stay
I moved to Hartford in October of 2021. I have lived at the property for ~12 months and I have nothing but good things to say: 1 The staff - amazing people. The front desk staff is awesome and they all have unique personalities. I love my daily interactions with them. The maintenance crew is also great; they work fast and help with any issue you may have. 2 Leasing office - they try their best to work with you and are always attentive to your situation. They want you to have a great experience while living at H21. 3 Location - Hartford is on the rise. You are literally located in the center of it all. The food spots are great and there are always activities happening in the area.
I highly recommend living at Harford 21! I lived there for 3 years and had an excellent experience. Everyone who works there from building management to concierge to maintenance is attentive, kind, and very understanding. They make living there really feel like home and go above and beyond to answer emails/phone calls promptly and work with you to make your living experience as comfortable as possible. The attached covered parking garage is also extremely convenient no need to shovel snow or worry about getting rained on!, packages are kept in a separate locked room, the gym had everything I needed, and the building is very pet friendly. The concierge staff is truly outstanding and always available to help out. Thank you for a great living experience!
Nice apartment, good facilities, beautiful view, and friendly concierge. There is only a small issues with occasionally fire alarm, specifically when you live on a higher floor and have to walk down the stairs and when you get there you'll realize it is nothing serious.
This apartment has been the best place I have lived so far. In 2017, my mother and I were looking for an apartment in downtown Hartford, CT for me to stay at and Jay Jimenez could not have been more friendly and passionate. He showed us different apartments that were affordable and recommended us the floor plans. Jay is always smiling and passionate about his job. I highly recommend Hartford 21 for people trying to look for apartments and this place is always secured with concierges being in the lobby 24/7. Thank you Jay for everything!
I love living back in H21. It's my 2nd leasing here within 10 years and I couldn't be more happier with choosing H21. The convenience, security, and customer service management from the staff isn't available elsewhere. It's comforting knowing that my tedious issues get addressed and communicated with me at all times. In recent years Hartford has had some new apt. buildings with several amenities but none that compare to the comfortable living that Hartford 21 provides. Keep up the good work. You've made my temporary space feel like home.
I cannot say enough good things about my 2 years living at Hartford 21. All of the staff members are incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming. The building always felt safe and secure thanks to the amazing 24/7 concierge staff. Steve helped my boyfriend and I find our beautiful apartment and continued to be helpful and answer any questions we had over our 2 years living here. You’ll never get sick of the amazing apartment views. Maintenance is always on top of things and if we ever needed anything fixed it was done immediately. Never had any issues with noise. I was never able to hear anything from any other tenants on my floor from the inside of my apartment. The parking garage is extremely convenient especially in the winter. So many great restaurants/bars/stores/yoga studio Hartford Sweat all walking distance. Any packages that get delivered will be held safely in a room by concierge and you will receive a text from H21 letting you know that you have a package ready to be picked up. I can go on and on all day about all the wonderful things Hartford 21 has to offer. Highly recommend to anyone and wish I was able to stay longer.
Connor Trahan is extremely professional to work with and very accommodating for the needs of our company and contractors. He was very efficient in getting our contracts turned around and ready to go. The company rep who toured the property in person was extremely impressed with Connor, and the level to which the property is maintained as a whole. We will be looking forward to working more with Hartford 21 in the future.
This is likely the nicest building in downtown Hartford. Don’t get me wrong, it is pricey, but you get what you pay for. It’s a beautiful building with amazing views. The parking garage is one of the best set ups in the city. And the most important factor is the people. The management and leasing staff are easy to work with, helpful, and understanding. The concierges are outstanding, polite, very welcoming, and will do almost anything to help you. I would live here again without thinking twice.
