I reserved an appointment online and arrived a few minutes early. After checking in, I was promptly greeted and registered. The staff was professional, kind and compassionate. I felt really ill when I arrived and was extremely grateful that I was met with such a wonderful response. I was back home and resting with my meds in record time. Highly recommended!! The Vernon branch was just as awesome.

I went to a different urgent care a few days before this one because I wasn’t feeling well. The other place told me it was a cold, but I knew it was worse. I went here. The wait was short. They called me in, and right away, the doctor knew it was pneumonia. He was even able to identify where in my lungs it was. He prescribed some antibiotics to me and they worked like a gem. Took 30-45 minutes for them to be filled at a nearby pharmacy which wasn’t bad at all!

Must have something to do with me being a person of color but the way they treated me in there was absolutely unacceptable. From the doctor to the front desk receptionists, I have never experienced this treatment ever. Will never return. I should reach out to hire up, so others like me don’t have to experience what I went through.

Rigorous examination, caring health providers PA Nam and nurse Kathleen??. Only thing they did not do but maybe should have done is a flu test, to see if it was the flu. Just for curiosity though, would not have mattered for suggested treatment I was in recovery stage

Very clean atmosphere. The staff and doctors are all very friendly and helpful. I was in and out in literally no time at all. I won't go anywhere else now that I have found this place!

I was seen promptly. The receptionist was very pleasant and made my registration easy. The PA was very professional and prescribed meds for my bronchitis . The website is simple to navigate and I made an appointment easily. I will always use this Urgent Care for future visits

Wife fell and broke her fibula. They placed a medium aircast select walking boot on her after taking x rays. We did not have insurance for the visit so it was self pay. The visit itself was fine but they charged us $400+ for the boot. I looked on Amazon and I can buy the exact same brand, style, and size of the boot brand new for $79.00 with free shipping. I complained and they brought it down to $338.00. $338 is STILL a lot of markup for essentially nothing. The extra $259.00 went to nothing except someone's pocket. Now I see why insurance is so high.

Have been to the Enfield Urgent Care twice and both times have had an excellent experience.  Very kind hearted Pa’s. Great bedside manners.  They are caring and compassionate.  They return calls right away and are on top of what they need to do. Was very impressed.  Office is very clean and all the staff are very nice. The PA Lavlacy was excellent.  Very sweet kindhearted and on top of everything.  Highly recommend going here.

My husband hates having to go to see doctors, however, we were very pleased with the services offered here. The ladies were very helpful and friendly

I have been robbed at this location of my tender dignity and pride, numerous times. Those medical unprofessionals, who can’t even comprehend or reiterate, the Hippocratic oath should be striped of their medical license and citizenship and exiled humanely to a conflict zone; too retrain and to be allowed retain the ability 2 practice medicine in this amazing flourishing nation in the future.
