Put soap in the hug washing machine and it didn’t work. The machine took my change. Since the machine took my detergent, I tried using the soap vending machine which didn’t work. I should have know better but I tried to buy a large bag to put my laundry in from the laundry I put in a different washing machine that actually worked and it took my change without giving me a bag. Keep in mind, none of these had an “out of order sign”. Not cool
Someone needs to buy this place and remodel. It smells, half the machines are inoperable or just don't work properly. The only thing I wash here is my rugs and dog blankets. I'd never wash my clothes here. It could be a gold mine but needs lots of love that obviously the current owners can't or won't do.
7 out of 8 large washers are out of order. 50% of the large capacity dryers, that 1 because there's only 2, are running. Several others are out of order too. The place is very dirty and so are some of the washers. What a shame.
The best part about this broken down laundromat is that dryer #5 from the left in the top row malfunctions with & you get 99 minutes on 1 quarter. It works well too for now. Made up for a the quarters the other machines ate.
This is a pathetic laundromat. I wouldn’t even wash my destroyed work pants in this dump. The very few machines that do work are disgusting and rarely do work. Change machine will eat your bills and/or give you less quarters.
This place needs a serious cleaning.. there is broken washers everywhere dust all over everything looks as if nobody comes to check on it. There was glass on the floor from one of the washers this place needs a serious update and an employee that cares enough to at least dust, sweep and mop.! They locked the bathrooms and the air conditioning doesn’t work where am I the ghetto thought that this was part of a nice suburban area!!
It has NEVER been open when I've gone there during business hours. Lights were on but doors were locked. I've tried 4 times. No answer when I call. Guess they don't need the business. Hartland needs a nice laundry mat like Milford has.
THE most disgusting, filthy bug-ridden place I’ve ever seen! I only wish I could post the video and pictures I just took as I’m watching yet another bug crawling across the floor to munch on old cruddy food that’s been sitting in the same place on the floor for at least a week! They have posted that due to Covid, they are cleaning everything as best as they can and appreciate any help with keeping it clean…..how can they even be serious?!?! It is absolutely filthy! I had to come 4 days ago to do a couple loads and nothing was touched since then and I highly doubt anything has been cleaned, swept etc… for weeks if not longer. Now they lock the bathrooms so while you’re here for a couple hours giving them your hard earned money to use their broken and disgusting machines, you can’t use the bathroom!! they need an inspection and many fines in this dump!

Zero stars. I went here to wash two comforters as they are too large for my personal washer. What a disgrace and I am not exaggerating. There are people in this community who need a laundromat weekly and this place is a huge disappointment to the community. Put some money into your business and you will make money. 80% of the machines were broken and the place looked like it should be in a 3rd world country. It really should be shut down and made into a cute coffee shop of something.
