The Hartley is run by owner Victoria Hartley and her Program and Event Specialist, Brianna Pay. The building holds three art exhibit rooms, a gift shop, venue space for reservation, and offers a variety of art classes taught by professional artists.
The Hartley strives to continue to bring the region together in awareness of art and culture by strengthening our artistic presence.
