I absolutely love this office! I have been to a few different dentists here in Morgan County, and none of them have made me feel more welcome than Dr. Maggie and her crew!! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a warm smile and a complimentary water if you choose to get one. The office is decorated beautifully and it’s soothing. As someone who really has bad anxiety at the dentist, they take extra care in making sure I’m comfortable and relaxed as I can be. My entire family comes here. My daughters are never upset about coming. In fact, they ask me when their next appointments are. My eldest had some teeth removed here and Maggie did great! She really listened to my daughter and made sure the procedure went as painlessly as possible. We love them and will continue to see them until the good Lord comes back to get us
All of the girls at Hartselle Family Dentistry are the sweetest girls. During cleanings and treatment, they make sure that you’re comfortable, no dental worries, and give the best dental experience they can give! I love everyone of them and will ALWAYS go to Hartselle Family dentistry!
Dr. McKelvey is awesome! Very knowledgeable, great with injections -when needednumbing process, and very thorough. The dental hygienist’s and assistants are great, as well as the office staff! She always takes the time to listen; and answers any questions/concerns I may have. She also does a fantastic job with facial injections if you’re looking for filler/tox! 10/10 recommend!
This was my first visit here so i didn't know what to expect. I was greeted by 2 receptionists with a smile and eye contact, customer service without that feels fake to me, so these office professionals were great. Friendly and attentive! I filled out the details via a link that was texted to me, this is very convenient and it took me around 5 minutes to complete. The dental technician took me back right on the scheduled time. She took x-rays then cleaned my teeth. She was cordial, friendly and most importantly, gentle. Then the dentist came in and examined my teeth. Very amiable and didn't push any non necessary treatments or services on me at all. I appreciated that. I didnt need any fillings or other services. They are now my dentists going forward and i have full confidence in them, very happy!
Amazing staff!! Very professional. My kids and I aren’t fond of going to the dentist but Dr. Maggie and staff do a great job making us feel comfortable and at ease.
I don’t even know where to begin with telling you how satisfied I feel. Everyone from the lady that scheduled me to the sweet lady that cleaned my teeth to the wonderful dentist who saw me. Each individual was professional, kind and beyond caring! Great group will never go to another dentist!
Hartselle Family Dentistry is a very warm welcoming practice with amazing staff and wonderful wonderful Dentist. Dr. Maggie is very patient and sincere when working with patients. Not to mention the office is top notch in design and quality. Just beautiful!
Dr. Maggie is so nice and very knowledgeable. Another dentist told me I needed a filling, but Dr. Maggie determined that I did not need it. I really appreciate that. Plus they have a prepaid Dental Savers plan that covers cleanings, xrays and more. The receptionist with the purple hair, was also very nice and knowledgeable. I'm very happy with the care I recieved there. I will be going there from now on.
We trust Hartselle Family Dentistry with the care of our whole family. My husband, our three boys, and I feel cared for with the best dental technology available. My 2 sisters, their husbands, and children use Dr McKelvey because of our high recommendation.
I wasn’t exactly certain about this practice when my original dentist’s office got rolled up onto Hartselle Family Dentistry. However, after several cleanings over the past 1-1/2 years, each experience has been wonderful. The staff has been excellent and I really like the dentist and I’m a customer service freak so I know what I’m talking about. Overall, 5 !!!
