I have had nothing but headaches trying to work with HP as my medical insurer. Their policies are not easy to work with resulting in significant delays in care. The cost is outrageous for the services they provide and if my employer offered a different company for medical insurance I would not be with HP.
Don’t get insurance through them. They expect high monthly rates and won’t pay a dime towards your medical costs until you’ve paid everything towards deductive and coinsurance.
I don’t have Harvard Pilgrim insurance, however I saw an ad on Hulu and personally just don’t vibe with the way it was created. Specifically due to the fact that it was edited in a way that the 4th and 5th people ended up singing off beat. Other than that, it seems like a good healthcare insurance.
