Awful company to deal with. They had a data breach/ransomware attack and literally have had zero communication to policyholders about it. Not an email or a letter. And they won't reimburse anything while their system is down so it's like not having insurance. What a sad way to run a company.

They won't pay for an x-ray to screen for cancer. My understanding is they'll pay for my treatment once I develop cancer though. DOES THIS MAKE ANY SENSE? It's time for single payer healthcare in the US.
Utterly useless. Company refuses to cover in network tear 4 PCP on HMO without any clear or explicit guide for what constitutes in vs out of network. Company also refuses to cover referral for tier 1 in network specialist with referral from tier 4 in network PCP.
Mr. Smith, you mixed up the HPHC Institute with HPHC. The Institute does research and all that I've seen of it would say they do a very fine job.
