Excellent customer service! We bought our vehicle from Alfredo 4 years ago, and currently traded that same vehicle in for an upgrade. We live about 3 hours away and both, last time and this time he made it extremely easy to get financing done prior to showing up so all we had to do was sign and be on our way. That included negotiating a trade in which they were very fair in the value. Very rare to find a dealership and reps that aren't pushy and that are respectful of your time and money. Will continue to recommend Harvest auto of Yakima, Alfredo and the rest of the team were great! We look forward to working with them in the future!
Wouldn’t recommend to get your truck or car serviced! Bought 3 new vehicles there will never buy another one from Harvest… whatever you do don’t have collision department repair your vehicle, horrible service and they just don’t care

It started with our meeting Luis. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and relaxed with no pressure or traditional sales gimmicks. He gained our trust early in the conversation. It said a lot about the dealership and that statement also crystalized as we dealt with the sales manager and finance folks. We are from out of town so spent the week in conversation with Luis remotely. He was very responsive and we made our deal before returning to pick up the truck. I need to point out that the interaction with the finance person sorry but I didn't catch her name was outstanding. She was prepared, very clear with instruction and extremely efficient. The sales manager made a fair deal on a warranty plan that works for us and so we added that to the order on the day we picked it up. All in all a wonderful experience and I will have Harvest as my go to dealer going forward.
We made an appointment online for 7:30, and received a confirmation for that time by text and email. Once we got there we were told there was no record of the appointment and they don’t start until 8:00. Your system needs to be addressed! The person helping us was informative and got us in for an oil change but it took an hour and a half, just for oil we had already taken care of the air filter and other things
Maintenance communication and support is a JOKE. Do not waste your time. I left my pickup here for a warranty repair for over two weeks AFTER a documentation issue was corrected - during most of which they claimed they submitted something, and the warranty company told me they had not received any calls except from me. I will not be spending any money here, and I suggest the same to you. Avoid them at all costs.
They got my truck in quick and easy. I only had to wait 30 minutes for a tire patch even tho they were stacked. Shout out to Santi and Chris some of the best Lube Techs Harvest has seen and big thanks to Eli my Service Advisor for making everything super easy.
I would give this place 0 stars but unfortunately google makes you choose one ! I took my truck to get worked on recently it was going to take a few weeks to be completed due to the parts needing to be ordered . When I went back to pick up my truck all my personal items were gone ! I had 2 flashlights that were worth about $80 each . A dewault usb charger and I phone charger . An expensive cologne that cost over $100 . 0ver $25 worth of change in the center console , my phone mount on my center window which was not cheap! My registration a brand new box of ammunition and a magazine to my gun ! And so much more . This was completely unacceptable when we tried speaking to the gm and service manager all they said was the cameras did not keep the recording and they can’t stop thieves from breaking in ! My vehicle was completely vacuumed so I doubt the thieves would break in steal my stuff and vacuum smh what a dam joke this place is . All they did was show me a paper i signed before leaving my truck there that they were not responsible for any missing items to justify that they have thieves working there in the repair shop . I will definitely tell all my friends and family so no one can experience what we went thru ! Never leave anything in ur vehicle if u take it to get serviced because it will go missing and they will do absolutely nothing to help u ! In a company like that should have good video surveillance that stores recordings so that way the thieves that work there can get caught and reprimanded and after telling people my experience many share the same story at that place such a shame !. I had such a horrible experience with this company
I am a college student who just got his first car loan and had very little credit. I found this 2016 Subaru Legacy that I really liked and there were a couple things here and there, such as a stained interior in the backseat, a couple dings and the bumper was scuffed up as well as popping out as it edged towards the fender. I pointed these things out and they weren’t aware of the stain, and as for the damage was told they’d certainly have the body shop look at it for me. I brought it in to have the bumper and dings tended to, only to have a little ding taken out which I appreciated but the bumper was not fixed. After reaching out again, I received no text back and when I came to pick up my plates the person who sold me the car told me that the body shop said it wasn’t there before and that I was the one who messed up the bumper. Not only was that false and incorrect, but that was never explained to me when I had brought it in. So now I have a $16,000+ that has body damage that wasn’t fixed from the point I got it off the lot. The car wasn’t clean on the lot for a test drive, and was listed over priced based off of multiple value-sources. I didn’t mind the price as long as the damage was tended to, and now it’s basically been pawned off on me and become my problem in which I have with zero help. It’s made me wish I hadn’t come that day and I certainly hope another young college kid doesn’t come in and get the same treatment I did.
Working with an insurance, did excellent services. Diagnosed 2 issues and thought one was corrected. When it wasn’t they found it and made it right. Appreciate the communication and honesty.
