Today was the first time I have ever picked up my medication from harvest & I had the absolute best experience with the lady at the window. She was just so sweet! I wish I would have gotten her name!  10/10 best pharmacy experience I have ever had.

I had my first experience with the Pharmacy side of this store this week and I am blown away. I have purchased items from the gift side for years.  The pharmacist that helped me was Samantha and I can't remember the pharmacy tech's name but they went above and beyond.  The customer service I received was fantastic!!!  Keeping me updated throughout the day and being put on hold with the drug company for 45 minutes at a time and not giving up has won me over.  I will be using them for all my prescriptions from here on out.  GREAT job Harvest Drug & Gift!!!

The staff in the pharmacy and gift shop were super friendly.  There was a wide variety of clothes, shoes, jewelry and home decor. Much more than I was expecting at a pharmacy but it's really like a boutique and pharmacy together.  Both myself and my husband walked out some fun things.

I get a call the day of my second dose is due, when they told me before my first one that they would call a day before. Fail! They guy proceeds to tell me over the phone that I would need to schedule a second dose due to FDA authorizing moderna as an approved booster shot, so they might be busy. I said ok. Scheduled my 2nd dose. I arrived today at 9:56. It is 10:07, they aren't busy, yet it seems that those who use the drive thru get prioty of the counter. Did I mention they aren't as busy as the guy on the phone believed. He told me they prefer scheduled appointments. Still waiting. I don't plan on coming here again.

I pastor a church in Wichita Falls and have been doing business with Harvest Gift and Drug for over 8 years and have never had a bad experience there. When I needed a donation for a fund raiser they gladly gave me a great gift and even helped financially. Every time I go in the doors I am cheerfully greeted served by enthusiastic employees and had every question answered to my satisfaction. When I bought a charm bracelet for my wife and the charms came off [I opened the clasp they warned me not to open] they just put it all back together again at no charge. If you are shopping for women [sorry guys not much there for us]or need medication it is a really great business.

Not only was I never informed that they would need to order an item to fill my prescription and it wouldn't be ready on Friday but on Monday BUT every time I spoke to anyone there, three times, they asked me IF I was aware of the cost and IF I was OK with it. I had to call them on Saturday to find out about the ordering of the item and having to wait until Monday. This will be my first AND last time to deal with them.

People there think if your not white then you shouldn’t be in there store. I kn there is a pandemic going on so we have to wear mask to get in there store  so they tell me and my wife to leave if we don’t have a mask ok so fine we go get our mask that we had in the car and go back in. Well more people come in there store so happen they were white and she didn’t tell Them to leave bc they didn’t have mask on she welcome them in and walk around with them ask if they need help and said if u need mask we have some for sale not once told them to leave but bc me and my wife are people of color there’s a problem . I am not saying all of there employees are like that but this behavior need to stop.  God bless you  we will be praying for you

I have worked with Janet Beard for about 15 years with bioidentical hormone therapy and have found her to be knowledgeable and committed to helping me. My situation has been complicated, but Janet Beard has never failed to address my concerns with expertise and sustained interest. I feel lucky to have found her

Super friendly staff that provides great service all the way around.  The store and pharmacy provide an awesome positive experience.

Got all our vaccines for the year. Nice,clean,great customer service!
