Harvey's

I decided that I wanted to frequent Harvey's restaurants this evening so on foot I went and walked enjoyed the outdoors and got to Harvey's from the moment I arrived to the moment I left I was impressed beyond reason. In this day where it's difficult to find people to work in news atmospheres and stores the people that are there are doing bang up job and they deserve a lot of credit, as well as all of the management for ensuring that the restaurant was suitable for guests. The ordering process was great very friendly cashier, the counters to get your drink was spic and span and all the condiments were filled as necessary. I picked up my food from the counter once it was ready I sat down and I ate it, It was hot and fresh and extremely tasty. I was extremely satisfied with the meal. Before I left I needed to use the restroom and to be perfectly honest I think it may be the cleanest restroom that I've ever used. The floors were clean it smelled nice in the bathroom the counters were wiped there's tissue in the bathroom if you needed it it was a very positive experience and whoever is in charge and does all the work really does deserve a huge pat on the back. Went for lunch today and one of the workers I assume manager was yelling at a young lady to work faster so she isn't cold. I feel sorry for the young lady working as she seemed new and the manager with the red hair did nothing to help her other than screaming at her. It was a horrible experience , you should never treat anyone that way especially a manager to a fellow worker.

Everytime I get a chicken dinner from here the chicken is so dried out they the top layer of chicken is like jerky. It’s not just once but at least the last 6 times. It’s got to be days old and they just keep reheating it. It’s so nasty. 2 meals came to $52 so not worth the money for the smallest leg and most dried out chicken I have ever seen.

The girl with the red hair, is very disrespectful to costumers and her employees, she is constantly yelling at them and complaining about stuff infornt of the costumers, i will definitely not be coming back because of her, cause i have seen this happen about 3 times now. very disappointing.

everytime I go into Harvey’s there is a girl in the back with red hair always screaming at all of the employees. It makes me feel unwelcome at Harvey’s and makes me feel bad for the employees that they are being treated this way by this woman

Simple orders they can’t get right. No onion ring I was charged for I asked for pickles on the side they were on my burger, but my burger was missing the lettuce and tomato. No straw for my drink.

One of my most favourite restaurants in this community. The staff is always super friendly, they never complain about you asking for extras or pickles on the side this is a must for me as I love their pickles, the restaurant is always very well maintained, the food is always hot and tastes fresh, and most importantly I have never got sick from eating here. Wait times are also always very respectable.

Best hamburgers and delicious onion rings! My only recommendation would be to add don't more dessert options. Love Harvey's and happy to support a truly Canadian company.

When I am travelling to Ontario, I always stop in at Harveys for my favourite bacon double cheeseburger meal.

Staff were disorganized and not civil: eye rolls, swearing and yelling. One staff member was sarcastic and belittled fellow staff. While we were there not one order was correct. There were two people in front of us and we waited 30 minutes. Burgers were prepared and then sat for 20 minutes before we got the rest of the order- the burger was cold. We had to remind them to give us our drinks and what the drinks were, with the till receipt right in front of them. We checked what we could but when we got home and we discovered we were given the wrong pies, we asked for the strawberry and cream but were given apple. The packaging was not labeled for flavor it wasn’t checked off. Will not go back anytime soon.
