Ordered a buffalo chicken poutine. Its about the only thing I get from Harvey's so I was surprised to find out that the Buffalo chicken poutine didn't come with buffalo sauce on top. Not only that but theres barely any gravy on it so you can't even call it a poutine. Disappointed that I spent money at this location.Food: 1/5
Harvey's has the best hamburgers anywhere. Always fresh meat, flame broiled, and you get the toppings that you want. Their onion rings are great tasting too.Food: 5/5
I literally went in just to get a milkshake a very simple order went in at 9:15 when they're still open but for some reason they refuse to do it for me instead they asked me to go get back in my car and reorder it in the Drive-Thru which had a huge lineup. No explanation as to why or anything like that simply please go back in your car and order in the Drive-Thru which makes zero sense I'm standing right in front of you all I want is a milkshake and to leave it's really not something difficult to do for the customer so to just ask me to go wait in line outside just showed how little they care. I was already told that the service and the food there was terrible and this is my first time going and of course I didn't go to the drive-thru I just left and went and got it somewhere else
I’m waiting in a spot I was asked to pull up to at 748 pm it is now 803 pm. No food. Update to follow……See my Swiss Chalet review from Monday! 20 min, what a joke. Many people came and went as I sat there to rot! Update 2. The food was good but 1 order of fries and 2 drinks short. I can’t even believe it. I’m not going to fill out anything online. I’ve been put out enough already. I’ll mention it at my next order, if there is one. Thanks anyway.
One of my favorite Harveys locations, burgers and chicken always seems to come out hotter and perfectly cooked. Moreover, The staff here are absolutely superb, friendly and eager to make sure every customer has a great experience. Quick, efficient service and always dependable for quality.
I bought large poutine, I just got half of the original quantity. The fries were uncooked and the store was out of gravy but just because the employees don’t want to make new gravy, they just gave me whatever they had, which was very tiny bit. I order almost every week but never had this bad experience. This picture shows only my account order history, my husband’s account has more orders than me. It felt like the employees were not ready at all to provide the service and to work. Worst experience.
Harvey’s does not care about customers. They only care about getting as many people through the door as possible. They passed my drinks with the lid completely off thusly spilling and ruining my cars passenger seat. It’s time we boycott this low value org. When I called in and thanked management for hiring local students, but also to train their staff a little better and ensure future customers avoid the same spilled drink syndrome they called me a lier. Never going there again after having eaten there hundreds or perhaps a thousand times in the past 10 years. DON’T EAT HERE. Clumsy and careless staff and extremely rude management is the only confirmation I can give for this Harvey’s franchise.
Slooooooooowest drive thru ever!!!! Was stuck in the drive thru almost 20 min and couldn't back out or pull forward. Food was the only redemption for this location. Staff didn't seem to care about the slow speed. Don't take their drive thru unless you have about an hour to kill
I placed & PAID for our order on the app, my husband picked up our order & it was missing an order of Chicken Nuggets. I called to report it. Tricia called back to say that she personally packed the order & she was certain she put them in the bag! So I asked my husband if HE ate them on the drive home because apparently according to Tricia she gave them to us. Of course he did not! This location is AWFUL for missing things on the Swiss Chalet side. Now they have taken to accusing customers of LYING instead of admitting their simple mistake. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. 0/5
Ordered a crispy chicken burger with "everything except jalapeno" and got no toppings at all. No mayo, no ketchup, no mustard, no toppings nothing. Not going back here. I don't know man, after a long day of work driving home from a drive thru and finding this leaves a bad taste in the mouth.
