Owner terminated a contract and ran away with $100! Don't be fooled people! Owner posts his own 5 star review on his own company.

I'm a tenant who had to serve a nefarious landlord who was hiding behind locked gates at his ranch in La Cresta and THESE GUYS GOT TO HIM. Extrordinary work.

STAY AWAY! Witnessed the owner make false accusations and attack a customer in front of me. I later found out the owner did not fulfill the contract and did not issue a refund.

If I could do negative stars I would. Do not go with these guys for serving any documents. They are super unorganized and unprofessional. I mailed out documents that they needed. They then mailed everything back and wanted me to resend them. They claimed it was a communication error on their part. When they mailed back my paperwork they also tried to say that I had not paid them when I had proof that I did pay. In fact I paid the owner of this company who is Ken. When I finally got a hold of Ken he said he had already been trying to serve my paperwork which made no sense given that they needed the paperwork I mailed to them to serve all the documents. I also emailed them explaining the documents that I had mailed out. Which his assistant Sonia confirmed she got, and yet they still mailed everything back. Waste of my time simply because they are not organized!!!!!!!!

Excellent statutory service, fast turnaround, great communication, and quick to email the return of service. Plus no hidden fees!
