Great choice of kids garments, but almost nothing for adults. Only selected items are on sale up to 25%, so I wouldn't call this outlet, just a retail store - small, inconvenient and way below our expectations. You can grab some cooking ware for almost free, but t-shirts will cost at least $25, and moreover - kids items are even more expensive!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the assortment is poor. Lots of clothes for boys and girls but practically nothing for adults. The shop is small and it’s not easy to find something because all the clothes was mixed on the shelves. There were some good discounts but it doesn’t worth coming from other cities.

I had no idea a Hatley Outlet existed, but wow, what a fabulous place! I am not much of a shopper, but I managed to go on a spree here. Fantastic deals on great designs. Love that it is a Canadian company from Montreal too. I attached a picture of my daughters in their matching pyjamas, which I purchased there for half price $20 instead of $40.

Store was very crowded with narrow isles quite tight with a baby in a car seat, a toddler, and no where to sit a child to try on footwear. However, the worker was quite helpful and friendly, and balanced working the cash and helping costumers find what they were looking for.

Items here are often heavily discounted as they use this location as a true outlet to rid expired or out of season inventory. Staff is friendly and makes children welcome in the shopping environment. It is quite small so the shop may feel claustrophobic given they pack it to the gills with product.

Could have spent forever in their store! Kingston, Ontario. Excellent help and excellent sale priced clothing! Phone assistance out of Montreal very good also!

I can always find great deals here any time I visit! Great quality clothes at a good price is hard to beat.

This is a neat store. It is worth a look when you are in downtown Kingston.

Best place to buy kids and women's also gift clothing. Awesome price amd amazing quality.
