Hatsuhana Japanesse Restaurant

First time at Hatsuhana was a good experience. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We only had sushi and saki but they were all good. The sushi tasted fresh and yummy. Some of the rolls were a bit smaller compared to other sushi restaurants with similar rolls and prices but they were still good. I would recommend to give them a try. Thank you!

The best most authentic sushi place in Apopka. High quality fish and perfectly created rolls. The entire staff has been a delight! Quick and courteous. We have been going there for years and will surely miss them!! Thank you for all the great food and wonderful memories.

Best sushi in Wekiva Springs / Apopka area. Family owned, amazingly good food and service! The warm crab and conch Avalanche roll is to die for. Don’t miss out on the spicy tuna Sunflower roll either.

I don't know what they reviews are about but you can taste the way these guys cut corners to save money. I placed an order for 2 edamames and got 1 just split it two. Half the edamame being old and mushy mixed in with the more fresh one. Also I have never seen rolls cut in such thin slices. Sushi was ok. We payed $70 for a few rolls and edamame. Finally, who charges for spicy mayo?! These guys do. Never going back!

I’ve been coming here for years. This restaurant is known for its excellent sushi. When it comes to sushi, I think of Hatsuhana. But I would also like to talk about one of their hidden gems, the Bibimbap. It’s really to die for. It’s so good. Next time you are here, give it a try!

Really clean and really good. Delicious rolls for lunch special. Do not be deterred by the boarded up old drive thru window; this is one cleanest restaurants I have ever been to. When back in town, I will be back.

My disclaimer is that I like raw fish a lot and that's what I had. I had a tuna roll and Maki . It was very good and I will plan on going back. I got a couple pieces of Toro tuna and the sushi deluxe I think it was called. I showed up half an hour before closing time and they were really friendly and but I took my order to go. Good stuff, I recommend it

This now our #1 place. The food taste like what we remember in Japan and Hawai’i. Keep up the great dishes Arigatou Gozaimasu Danny for taking care of us!

Hands down the best sushi place in the area. We've enjoyed the restaurant for years. We were sad when they closed their doors at the end of 2021 but so pleased that they've been open temporarily - for a limited time and just a few days a week since the end of July 2022. Now, in Oct 2022, they're open only Wed - Saturday for takeout from 5pm - 8:30pm so time it right...you'll be glad you did!

Always drive past here but finally decided to give it a try. A new favorite for us, great sushi and kids dishes. The volcano roll was amazing!
