Our Pre-Planning Services make it easy for you to get your express wishes down in writing, ensuring that you have the kind of memorial service you truly desire and that your friends and loved ones can have total peace of mind that they are adhering to your wishes. We host Burial Services that convey both the solemnity of the occasion, but also the joy that comes from celebrating the life of a dear loved one. We are happy to attend to all aspects of the service, and we invite our guests to linger as long as they wish, fully enjoying a special and intimate time with friends and family. For those who choose it, we also offer Cremation Services; cremation can be a meaningful way in which many families mark the death of a loved one. We offer services tailored to honor those who are military service members and veterans, as well.

From the moment we contacted Havenbrook we were treated with the utmost compassion, care, and assistance by Deana. It was as if it was her own family who had passed away. They were calming and helpful when the words couldn’t be found to explain our wishes. They continually went above and beyond to accommodate our wishes. The service they helped set up was perfect. Havenbrook Funeral Home were extremely accommodating and professional during the unexpected passing of my brother. Deana was extremely helpful from the beginning when words were at a loss. She helped us understand what to expect when we weren’t familiar with a process. During planning she made herself available and accomplished tasks to take the burden off our family, and showed great flexibility to our requests. We were never waiting or uncertain of anything, as Deana always was there to answer our questions or concerns. Not only that, she was always a step ahead and knew what we needed. She helped create such a beautiful service for my brother, my family and I will be forever grateful to her and Havenbrook. She even went the extra mile and planned a special gift for all the guests that was tailor made for my brother. We hadn’t even discussed this and it was just such a pleasant surprise on a difficult day. Thank you so much Deana and the Havenbrook staff.
Awesome people. Mel was amazing in help with my FIL. Surprisingly affordable, and the staff was wonderfully empathetic. My wife and I are so appreciative of them aiding in our needs at this time.
The people at Havenbrook took very good care of me and my family. Everyone was cordial, helpful and concerned. Because I had never planned a funeral prior to my husband's, I really didn't know how to proceed. They worked like a well oiled machine and walked me thru the process. Of course, it was a very sad day, but not a hectic one.
Deanna and all the staff at Havenbrook went above and beyond to respect my families wishes as we began the grieving process after loosing our mother. We wanted a non-typical service. Havenbrook made sure each unique idea we had was carried through with class. My Mom would be so pleased with the personalized way in which we honored her life.
Areli & Deanna were very helpful to our family during the passing of my grandma. Havenbrook is so professional and wonderful and went above and beyond to make our arrangements so easy and beautiful during a difficult time. Everyone was so thoughtful, caring and respectful. Amber was our rock and treated us like family and literally made herself available 24/7 to make sure we had everything we needed. Amy and Michelle were also so wonderful as well. My mom and I were so incredibly impressed and words cannot describe how grateful we were that we went to Havenbrook. Amber made sure every detail was perfect and made I sad day a bright celebration of Andy’s life. My mother and I are so truly appreciative of everyone at Havenbrook. Thank you!
I would strongly recommend Havenbrook! My father died unexpectedly last year. We had a traditional funeral, open casket, church service with graveside service afterwards. All the Havenbrook employees were very professional. At one point in the week leading up to the service, my mother was late arriving to the funeral home and the building had already closed. We called their personal number they had given to us and they actually came back to the funeral home so my mom could sit with my father for awhile. When all the grandchildren came to visit, the staff brought out their beautiful comfort dog for the kids to love on and minimize the stress of that experience. This year, my mother died from cancer. Once again, Havenbrook was there from the beginning. This time was different due to many circumstances and we had to have my mother cremated. The two funerals were very different in price but we were treated with the same consideration both times. The staff once again did a wonderful job. They answer your questions, take their time when working with you and genuinely care about your situation. They did a fantastic job putting together our tribute videos! They showed insight when choosing background pictures on the obituary and tribute site. I am grateful that during such a stressful time in our lives Havenbrook treated us so respectfully and compassionately!
Sadly I've had to use Havensbrook in Norman Oklahoma for my Mother, Father and recently my Brother. And I would never choose any other funeral home in Norman. Deana Kelly and Areli Rios went far above expectations. Even though I had to do funeral arrangements from California she kept me informed of cost and any changes that were needed. Deana was even able to make changes I needed at the last moment. Our family trust Havensbrook to provide caring and support for our family and our loved one.
