The salesperson was friendly and patiently waited for my husband and me to browse the store. She came to check on us but gave us the space to look around. After looking around the store, the salesperson was able to answer the questions we had and made sure she reminded us of the current sales and finance terms. I like the fact she enjoys her job, and it certainly shows.
Mr Clarence at McDonough store was/is a perfect gentleman. I was with a friend, and he was able to show both of us items we were looking for. He even looked online to see if there were other colors or sizes available. He gave me all the help and information on items I was interested in. He gave me the details I need to make sure I can take the measurements home to ensure what I want will fit. I will always ask for him when I return to the store.
Jandra and the Designer are true professionals who know their craft. They did an amazing job helping me to select my furniture. I appreciate their time and service. Keep up the good work.
I called to inquire about a piece that wasn’t online. Tanya Johnson-Bass was so helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Her professionalism and happy spirit was vital for me making a purchase. My mother was a frequent and loyal Haverty’s shopper and she passed the love for the brand down to me. I’ve purchased a number of pieces and will continue. Tanya will be my salesperson from now on.
Kendra at the McDonough store was very helpful with helping us find what best for our family and worked with us to see what would fit our space best. She helped optimize our value with the current store sale, without any pressure. She was able to answer all our questions, was professional and friendly. We had a great experience.
I have been shopping at Haverty's for over 20 years. Furniture is top notch, service is excellent and they never seem to run out of things that I love! I was in today for some smaller items to enhance a couple of rooms. Waited for OJ to assist! Left happy!

We were greeted at the door with a genuine smile by Tanya, who guided us to the area we were looking for. There was no pressure and she answered all of our questions. We would definitely work with her again
We had purchased a Bedroom suit on the 7th of July including A mattress the stores was supposed be firm. We think they sent the wrong mattress so we sent that mattress back. We went back and picked out another mattress found out we have to wait a month to receive tha second mattress. There policy is they want to see if you want to keep the first mattress.I thank it is bad policy to treat a customer like this.we were going back later and buy more furniture so we will never buy any more furniture from Havertys!!!!
Tonya Bass provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! I will be back to shop with her again.
