Had to go back to get another piece of furniture after my initial purchase and they were very helpful still, and remembered me. I couldn’t be happier with purchases from the Havertys in College Station. Kudos to Susan Cool, the designer I have worked with for over four months now. She was not only inspirational in her advice but so patient with me as I created a home that I am in love with. I especially love love love the console and mirror she recommended to me. It tied the whole open space together. The sofa/ottoman combo is the best of both worlds, comfortable and yet stylish! The dining table fits my space and yet gives ample seating with the generous bench. My goals for decorating were more than met. I love the space we created together! Thank you, Susan!
Horrible company to work for! The trucks have no lifting gates! And they want you to punt down furniture that sometimes weights over 200 pounds! Manager communication it’s unprofessional! You get ignored by the manager when you have a question he only answers when he needs something done to cover himself and look good!
They had some nice pieces, but not what I was looking for. Color selection was limited.
We had been all over town looking for a bedroom set. We went into Haverty's and the sales rep, Susan, was so kind and helpful and she made the process so easy! Unlike other furniture stores, they aren't trying to sell you things you don't need. We ordered and 2 days later received our bed by very courteous and efficient delivery drivers. The furniture is very nice and affordable. We will be shopping with Havertys from now on!

Our sales person, Susan is absolutely the best! We have purchased a lot of furniture over the years, worked with many sales reps…no one comes even close to her…she is outstanding! We could not be more pleased with her customer service and professional skills! We have a difficult room to arrange and she was determined to help us get it right! She listened, put our needs first…so kind snd patient! I cannot say enough about her! Highly recommend Susan and Haverty’s! Nicole, the office manager is an awesome person that is kind, professional and easy to work with! The delivery men, Bill and Frank were outstanding too!!! They went above snd beyond to make sure everything was perfect…set up properly and to our satisfaction! Everyone at Haverty’s has been exceptional! Highly recommend Haverty’s!
I have bought items from Haverty's before. Always good quality. Susan was very professional and knowledgeable. I told her what I was looking for and she assisted me with the ordering of the items. Has a great sense of humor. A pleasure to know. She is a valuable employee to the company.
We purchased a new sofa on 11/17/20. Issac was amazing through the entire process. He really went above and beyond. His customer service is top notch and we could not be more pleased with the experience both before during and after our visit. We are very thankful we had the chance to work with Issac!
After visiting a few other furniture showrooms and being ignored by staff, we decided to drop by Havertys Furniture. If we hadn't, we probably would have just given up and purchased online from an online only competitor. I'm very glad we made the decision to stop! We were promptly and kindly greeted by multiple members of staff. Our sales person, Nicole, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. We were able to browse without feeling pressured and then return to her for questions. We can't wait for our new furniture to arrive!
