The Havre Police Protective Association (HPPA) is the local chapter of the statewide Montana Police Protective Association (MPPA).
The goal of the HPPA is to fund projects and scholarships which benefit the children of our community and to help Police Officers and their families during times of crisis. The HPPA is a non-profit 501(c) (3) entity.
