Went here on a Thursday for quick pedicure because of the "30%off" and I've been before and they did a decent job. Went to pay amd was told I couldn't get the discount because it waa after 4pm. Mind you the 30% off is posted everywhere but not this new stipulation. The guy Vu said they're waiting for signs to come in, but ibtold him they have every opportunity to write something on the current signs instead of false advertising. Of course, these people don't care about true customer service or being honest as long as they can get a dollar. See the pitcures where nothing was advertised about the changes. Plus, the tech did a horrible job with not cleaning up the polish in the skin. I asked twice for her to correct the issue, and ended up having Vu to fix it a 3rd time. So go elsewhere for honesty and better services.

Great customer service and good prices! The pictures below were taken a week and 2 days after have them done. I get a lot of compliments! I’ve been there twice and I loved my nails both times.

I’ve went there once before and had a great pedicure. So thought I would try them again for a dip manicure. Worst experience of my life. The lady started off being nice, but that went away. She started to roughly reposition my hands, fingers, and arm over and over again, making me hold my hands in weird and uncomfortable position for long periods of time. Then with every finger she was working on, she would dig her pinky nail into my finger tips. She kept filing my nail to close to the skin, and cut me three times with the machine they use. She didn’t check that all the nails were the same length and rushed through them. I have never had such a horrible experience of getting my nails done till now. If your into painful manicures your in the right place. I recommend going to the one in south lake over trying this one!

I went in for a acrylic fill and a pedicure and my total came to $96??? I was charged $20 for gel on my hands and $20 for gel on my feet. Fill cost $22 & pedicure $29. Is it just me or is it ridiculous to pay a gel fee twice? Don’t most people get the same polish on their hands and feet? Also I didn’t even know they offered drinks until I read the price list. I asked my nail tech about it and she just answered yes she still didn’t offer. I had to specifically ask for a drink. I went on a Wednesday night when it wasn’t busy. I think it’s bad customer service to not offer. Also $40 for gel fee for one person is crazy to me. I won’t be back. Nothing special here. Better off finding a professional and personal nail tech on StyleSeat.

They are fairly new so i thought I’d try them out. My first time going the week they opened I walked in and no one addressed me or smiled until I took the first initiative to do so. I sat down and didn’t get offered a drink until I started conversation about other business and how they did business but I noticed customers that sat down after me where asked immediately what would they like to drink and were given options off the bat. The lady that did my pedicure did a horrible job at painting my toes on top of that. I will most definitely not be going back there. Only positive thing I’d have to say is the appearance of the place was nice but THATS IT! I do not recommend going there. They will not be getting my business again!

I love Emily. She always makes sure I’m satisfied before i leave. She does great detail work. Jimmy, the manager is a great guy as well. I give him 5 stars. He takes time to converse with me, fix excellent drinks because he makes it with Love. He’s a funny guy. Very welcoming.

My fiancé surprised me with a pedicure yesterday. I don’t get them very often due to 3 children and work. So it was nice to take the afternoon off at drop my kids at a sitter and have this scheduled by him. He paid over the phone when I got there at 2:15. I sat in the chair for 5 minutes the tech came and put shallow cold water. Didn’t ask if I wanted cut or filed didn’t ask me anything. Didn’t scrub my feet or cut cuticles. The paraffin wax that was included last only through her putting the hot towels on. literally on and off within 3 minutes. My toe nails look like a child painted them. I was done and in my car at 2:54..... what a waste of time and money and really sad experience.
