Hawthorne's New York Pizza and Bar

We have always loved Hawthorne's. We don't get there enough since moving to Denver, but tonight reminded us why it is worth the drive. They have the best pizza and the wings are phenomenal! They took such great care of us. We had an awesome server and the manager Mr. Will even took the time to chat with the kiddos! Highly recommend this place!

Updated Review: I dined in with my in-laws and ordered wings in on the super bowl. I have to update my review purely on the fact that they have the best Chicken Wing I've ever bought from a restaurant. Both times they are huge, crispy, and delicious. Sucks that their pizza first time around tarnished it, but glad I tried again. Changing to 4 stars. My first experience prevented me from moving to 5.

I’ve been here many many times. Amazing garlic bread. Great pizza. I love their meatball subs. Somehow their soda is just extra great. Service always amazing. Always. Thursday or Wednesday nights there is sometimes a balloon artist there which is fun. I can’t say enough good things. I mean I chose this as the restaurant for my birthday if that doesn’t tell you everything.

We ate lunch on a Sunday. Very family friendly. Clean tables, friendly staff that goes above and beyond, and delicious food. Generous portion size, so we will enjoy the pizza and pasta for a second meal. Yummy!Food: 5/5

Food and service was good. We stopped in on Christmas Eve while in town visiting family and they were open. Wasn't many in there but I'm sure on any other holiday they are packed. We got a large Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza and it was delicious. Definitely will go back when we come back to visit.Food: 5/5

This place has top notch NY style pizza even the crust flops just right. We had the Philly Cheese steak pizza, steak, cream sauce, bacon, onions topped with chipotle aioli. It was phenomenal and I am a harsh pizza critic. Garlic knots are a must.

So delicious! Garlicky cheese bread was outstanding. Pizza and antipasto salad were top notch. Service was so good. Friendly and made great recommendations! Over all a good experience with great food. Would definitely go again.Food: 5/5

I really enjoyed the pizza here was really good take a look at the pictures you’ll see why I enjoyed eating it all. I ordered the sausage and pepperoni. They call it the Sicilian. Real mozzarella cheese. Thick crust. No feta or ricotta cheese. Great flavor. Very filling. A little expensive. Garlic knots best at lunchtime.

Usually great pizza but not today. Dry, tough, hardly any toppings no ranch sauce. Do not recommend. Lost a customer.Food: 1/5

Excellent service and the pizza is quite good. The crust has a nice crispness to it but no chewiness. I reserve my 5th star for Wolf man's, the best pizza in town imo. I will visit again though Food: 4/5
