We saw the Laser Floyd show on a Saturday night and it was so cool! They played the whole Dark Side of the Moon album and then did Comfortably Numb as an encore. The place was almost completely full for a 9:30 show, which surprised me, but that just shows how good it is!
I loved the Pink Floyd laser show! It was absolutely worth 10 bucks! 3D laser show visuals stole the show! Highly recommend it for tech nerds like me! The Zeiss starmaster projected normal video clips while the lasers and music were going! I LOVED IT!
I've been to this plantarium for a few shows and it is pretty good. The seats inside recline and are nice & comfortable. Their special music series with a light and visual show on the dome was great. I saw the Coldplay experience this weekend and it was more than I was expecting. The visuals were very well themed, from solar system exploration to wormholes, blended with some of their greatest hits. They have a few different shows playing with different genres of music and they will be starting new ones soon. Tip: There are lots of flashing lights and moving visuals that make you feel as if you are flying. If this bothers you, I wouldn't recommend it.
I saw the Radiohead Musical Experience here and it was amazing! The sound and visuals were amazing and it really was worth the $10 admission. Seats were comfortable and the whole experience was really memorable and totally recommended. We'll be keeping an eye on the schedule for the musical "experiences", for sure.
I used to go here all of the time for date night a couple years ago. We love the variety of shows they provide, educational or not. Especially the music ones, like Pink Floyd & Rihanna. I plan to go back soon to try out one of the kid friendly shows during the earlier hours!
The two stars are for “destination mars” only. I hoped for science and facts - I got tons of propaganda and national pride plus some animations of what a journey to Mara might be likeWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNot surePrice for adult entry$6–10
Really cool experience altogether, being inside the Boston Science museum. The star/galaxy displays are really neat and well explained. Makes you feel a bit small and less important when seen in these perspectives. The show was educational and eye opening. The audience participation was fun and made it more interesting. The visuals of this presentation do a great job for what we are capable of and can only get better with more exploration/interest.
the show we saw on saturday at 12:30 was horrible. the live presenter had no idea what he was talking about and the only thing entertaining about it was if what he said was going to match up to the constellation that was on the screen, 50% of the time he was wrong. Waste of money and time.
I visited the theater only. The show was entertaining, seats were very comfortable.Visited onWeekendWait timeUp to 10 minReservation recommendedYesPrice for adult entry$6–10
It was a neat show! I love stuff like this and it was super cool. Definitely recommend. It's good, clean, interesting and visually stunning fun for all ages. It's educational too!
