I always come here to this pharmacy because their quicker than MCVACC pharmacy. I never had a problem with them but today the pharmacist has really messed up. This morning around 10 o’clock, I told her I am dropping off my script. She told me I can come back in a hour and a half. I decided to do my errands and came back at 1:40pm. As I am waiting the same pharmacist comes around and say I do not have them. At this point I am trying to remain calm. I asked her why she didn’t call me and I could have came back. With a dumb look on her face, she said ACC is open til 7 tonight and they will be open tomorrow. So now I’m frustrated and said I am going out of town. Her response was Oh! and another dumb look. What is wrong with mcv employees? Instead of arguing with this female I left out, mcv act like it’s hard to use common sense. My phone number is listed on your computer and on the script. Like you knew you didn’t have it so why not call and tell me instead holding on to it.
I started getting my prescriptions here September of 2016. I love going here b/c you never have long wait. The people are very caring and they are knowledgeable of the medications you taking. .
The worst! keep asking to speak to the Dr. She's never in the clinic... prescribes me meds before proper testing or diagnosis. Keep asking for clarifying about test results nurses dont seem to know anything
I have just started seeing Dr Christine Paul at this location. She is caring and genuine. All the staff members were very pleasant. I highly recommend.
The staff is unorganized and ghetto as hell. Not the nurses, doctors, the ppl who check you in are ghetto and lack good customer service skills.
It's a very good place, Dr's & Staff r really nice & helpful.
