The people that delivered my couch were rude broke a chain on my door. My paper work said pick up old notcouch they said it was not on there work order leaft some behind my car could not get out of my carport
We bought an adjustable bed and mattress, Vet was our sales person she is very knowledgeable and helpful, the manager can't remember his name sorry was great to work with he gave us some discounts and we made a deal! The delivery guys were great also they showed up early removed the old bed and set up the new in no time, Great guys friendly and fast! Also they hauled off the old bed!
Highly recommend. Purchased living room furniture. Vet, our sales lady, and Allen, Manager were very helpful and accommodating. Took lots of time with us and were patient with our changing our minds on a couple of items. Good selection and reasonable prices.
Bought 2 recliners from here and a love seat. All broke in 3 years or less. I know furniture doesn’t last forever but come on. I’d try somewhere else. Quality is extremely lacking. Held together like it was made out of paper mache.
Recently purchased a livingroom set from the Orange City location. Salesperson 'Vette', was a woman of her word, she made sure I got the best deal and kept in touch throughout the entire process upto delivery. My experience with Vette will keep me coming back to Haynes Brothers.
I love this store! We bought a new house 2 years ago. I furnished my whole house with their furniture. Not only was customer service was excellent but I received discounts on everything. I did not buy everything at the same time. Still gave discount. Love my furniture!
Bought a couch from them 2 years ago and it was a good couch but due to our animals we wanted a different type of fabric for our couch. We bought a love seat from them and within 2 weeks had to get it switched out as it would lean hard to the left when reclined and also the footrest had to be kicked for it to reseat. Got a 2nd love seat and again within 2 weeks the footrest on both of them are very weak on the insides, not to much of an issue but they did send someone out to look at it and basically got told he couldn't fix it. Okay. Well last night the middle back section that screws on snapped right off the couch when I leaned on it. Turns out the $850 couch uses particle board in a section that most definitely needs to be re-enforced or sturdy at the minimum. Going to be calling them asking for a refund because at this point it's not worth getting a 3rd replacement from them as it's going to be fall apart 2-4 weeks after getting it. Very disappointed in the downturn in quality we have experienced.
We need a new couch, been looking for a little while. We stopped by the store and found just what we wanted and at a great price . Best of all they take away the old couch. Our salesperson Ruvette was a great help, couldn't have asked for a better lady. If I need any more furniture I will definitely go there and ask for her help.
We had the best experience with Jeff Friedman and his team, particularly his delivery team, from the Ormond Beach store. Jeff took a lot of time listening to us, guiding us, and letting us roam. We eventually found the perfect sofa. All during the shopping experience, Jeff knew it was for our boat and helped us make informed decisions without ever flinching about the delivery and set up challenges ahead remember, BOAT. The guys did a fabulous job getting the sofa in the boat and set up, gators and all.
I was just there. TWO people on the floor and one other customer besides me. They left me waiting WITHOUT ADDRESSING ME for FORTY minutes. Forty. On my way out, I told them this: there are 2 of you here and neither one of you addressed me. Business must be excellent for them to not even say hello to a customer that was ready and aggressively looking for furniture.
