I had furniture to pick up on Nov 11 2022. This was my third stop. The furniture wasn't going to fit in the enclosed trailer. The warehouse crew found tools and helped me disassemble the head board so all would fit. I'm glad they did not give up. Thanks guys. My stuff made it to the beach house.
I couldn’t be more disappointed with my experience I spent almost 3,500 on furniture with this place and was then told they only delivered 1 time a month to my area. I waited that period of time and then when they delivered it. They dented my trim on a bathroom entrance and didn’t bring the power box required to make my new recliner work. When I spoke with them, they said it could be mailed or delivered in a month or I could pick it up an 1hr away!! I drove an hr into Richmond to buy a box spring for the bed frame they told me didn’t need a box spring for only to be told they couldn’t load it up because they had no one to do that and that it would have to wait till Friday!! The power cord they forgot has to come from the Jayne from where it was shippedWilliamsburg so a big no on that!! What happened to the Customer?!! Why make my experience so bad that I never want to go back to Haynes again. Oh, and the box spring they wouldn’t sell me, I literally drove less than 2 miles from them and bought one had it loaded and went on my way saving over 60.00 dollars!! MATTRESS WAREHOUSE WHERE THE CUSTOMER MATTERS!! #still waiting to here back from them on the power cord they forgot to bring with the recliner. I recommend thinking long and hard before shopping at this place. They take a joyous event and inflict stress on their consumers!!
Bought a living room suite .I really like it..not my first buy there...the furniture seems to hold up if cared for..
I purchased a pub set in Richmond but had to pick it up in Wmsbg. because I needed it the same day. We are happy with the set but having to drive an hour east to pick it up came as a bit of a surprise. Thankfully, I live 45 min. east of the distribution center, so we were able to swing by to get it before they closed on Sun. The staff was very nice & I buy from Richmond because I have a favorite salesperson there. The mgr. & staff there are very nice, too.
Ordered a couch and love seat last week of June and was told it would be ready for pickup July 13th. Was longer than we wanted since we moved on July 1st but we really liked it so decided to wait. Call on July 13th to verify we can get it and we’re told they weren’t sure where the couch was. Drove to the distribution center for answers and was told it wasn’t there and the next truck comes in 2 weeks. Immediately drove to the sales office and was told there was a mistake and it would be 5 weeks before we can pick up out order. The store manager Alex was helpful and I didn’t have a problem with the sales department, but if you can’t get the product to the customer it doesn’t really matter how nice you are or how good of a deal you get. It’s now July 28th and I’m finally picking up my order, but I couldn’t even reach anyone on the phone to once again verify my order is ready for pickup so I had to drive up here just to get an answer. And now I’ll be waiting 30-40 minutes for the one worker to finally bring my order out. Haynes distribution is by far the worst I’ve dealt with. My advice, look elsewhere.
Not as many sofas as I had hoped. We were able to find one that worked for us. The organization of staff was atrocious! They had many workers, just walking around, trying not to do anything. Checking out and picking up took too long.
Poor customer service. I waited almost an hour for my pick up because the workers didn't hear they needed to get my order. When I asked about it,the only response I got from the front desk is "I don't know how long it will take" . Part of my order wasn't ready on the date I was told by the salesman to pick it up. I tried to call over the next two days to see if it was available and somebody did answer the phone all they could say is "I don't know when we will get it". I had to call their corporate office to get someone that would answer the phone later and now they are telling me it would be another week before they could tell me if they'll get my items in. I'm going to have to get a refund and buy somewhere else. Dont waste your time with this company.
We went to Haynes to buy a recliner/loveseat and there were many to choose from. Tami helped us with finding one we liked and we drove to Williamsburg to pick it up the same day.
The customer service that I encountered from the time my furniture was delivered WITHOUT legs on the chaise was HORRIBLE & INEXCUSABLE!! I am still waiting on the delivery of the legs since the first time an agent said they would change out the piece on 1/20/17. I will think twice before spending my hard-earned CASH at Haynes.
The employees that work here are obviously paid by the hour. It took us almost an hour to get our furniture brought out to us. There were 3 employees hanging out in the office while another did most of the work.
