Had a lot of fun here. They got one maze ride on the tractor, three walking maze and live music. It's more on the funny than the scary side. Somehow there were a lot of people purchased the VIP ticket, so the two lines VIP and GA are about the same length. The only issue is I had trouble falling asleep that night. Too much excitement in the event.
Just a quick review from the 2022 Haunted Hayride. I paid $104.97 plus the $17.97 processing fee for 3 tickets. This was the presale price last year. The Hayride attraction was mostly riding a short path in a small loop. Most of the displays barely had anything going on. Some had no people or maybe just 1 or 2 people working it. The mazes were of similar design to previous years however there were very few actors and large sections were just rave lights blinding you. They lowered their price this year but I still can't see myself paying the $30 per ticket. I'll wait for the reviews before reconsidering.
The actors were great, but everything else wasn't. Out of every "halloween event" I been to for the past 5 years in different states. This place is Sad. The last Maze I went through during the night had absolutely NO actors. Me and my group were hoping to get Jumpscared. No one was In that maze. A Really Sad Event
Had a really good time at the haunted hayride. Free parking is always a huge plus. Not many children around which was nice too. The spooky actors were respectfully creepy but not rude as in other parks. The hayride itself was well played but we were packed in like sardines so I had to kneel. I have a knee injury which was causing me a lot of pain throughout the ride so I had to sit up a few times to tolerate the position. The tractor driver was rude about my situation and spoke to me like I was an insubordinate child trying to jump out of a moving vehicle. The people around me stuck up for me and made up for the inappropriate scoldings which helped make the rest of the ride tolerable. Cool set designs and actors. Went on a Thursday night and most of the lines were moderate except for the trick or treat attraction which we stood in line for a little over an hour and a half and I wouldn't say it was worth that length of a wait. Maze was fun. Overall good time and would recommend the experience.
DO NOT BUY THE VIP TICKETS NOT WORTH IT They had no lines and they even let general admissions go faster.. Very weird And in regards to the attractions, last year did a better job. This year it is almost all animatronics with very few real actors
Was definitely worth getting the vip platinum. Was able to immediately get onto the hayride and mazes. I think the longest we waited was to find parking and then 5 minutes for the hayride. The hayride was a little disappointing, I thought there would be more happening and more scares on it, but the mazes were good. The Monte show was great too! Whoever was on the guitar did phenomenal. I'm glad we went this year
It was actually very good. Lines were fast. It’s on the dirt so wear a mask. Wear comfortable shoes and that you won’t mind getting all full of dirt. Food was ok, but I would rather not buy from vender here. That’s just the thought I did buy pizzas and they were pricey.
I would say overall great attraction But prepared to walk alot & lines are long But actors are great ride & maze we're awesome
I am going to be as honest as possible. To start with parking can be a hassle, and confusing to find. We got here 30min before it opened and it was easy and found parking easily 12 min walk. The hay ride was nicely decorated but honestly sorta boring. It’s a large venue but is fairly empty space. It’s annoying that you can only go on these things only once. I think if the merry go round actually worked that would be a big boost because it is unique and eye catching. Don’t come hungry because food is ridiculously expensive! $30 for nachos for 2 ppl supposedly and $8 lemonade?? That was my biggest regret. The characters and spooky Elvis Zombie singer give them 5 stars! They really helped the place not be so boring. I hope they do better next year because has potential but honestly i don’t think id come back. FYI we came on a Wednesday & rarely had to wait for anything without VIP. I would of been very annoyed and dissatisfied if I had to wait over 30min for each thing. I miss dark harbor in Long Beach.
I had a lot of fun! We bought premium tickets skipped all the lines went to all 3 haunted houses. Was so scared with all the jump scares! The band was so much fun! Wished someone warned us about the dirt! The dirt is everywhere on the path. You will get it on your shoes, clothes, hair, nose etc!
