REALLY REALLY not happy with this agent. We had been with them for > 30 years ... home, autos 5 vehicles at a time. Glick took over the business when the previous agent died. I dont think Glick has ever been there when we've called. we had our premiums drafted. THEY CANCELED OUR DRAFT IN DECEMBER!!!! they said we told them to... WE DID NOT ... why would we do that????????? My daughter took her 1 vehicle off ... i think that is when they canceled EVERYTHING... even though the girl said that could not have happened. We were running around uninsured for > a month! they took no responsibility, offered no help repeat that we were a LONG TERM CUSTOMER. THANK DEAR GOD none of us got in an accident. I'm so mad i don't know what to do. our NEW agent from Farm Bureau said he has had FIVE people come to them with the exact same situation. DO NOT GO WITH NATIONWIDE.. and especially this group if you ever want to talk with your agent!!! You will regret it!

Just that they're courteous and professional. Prompt with processing claim I had once.
