It is like the "thrift store of hookah bars." All tables are dirty while employees just sit there. Inconsistencies in service. Fisher price self service coffee machine for $2.50. Owners response to every negative star is even funnier. Take responsibility for your downfalls and improve rather than calling every 1 star review fake, unacceptable! Also apparently you can sleep in there too, as there is an oversized guy who snores literally between 4pm-7pm.

Came here with some friends and the 2nd time I visited this place, I had an issue with my hookah because it did not taste like what I ordered and one of the workers asked what appears to be his boss or owner to assist, although the employee was helpful his boss was rude and disrespectful. He didn’t seem to care and provided no discount for the lack of service or error. My friends were even embarrassed that an owner would be unhelpful to customer and also decided not to visit again. Especially after the owner said he would not provide a discount or a remedy for the poor hookah experience. I would avoid this place and certainly not bring friends or date here. Poor customer service overall.

The place has a nice cozy vibe and a good hangout place to chill and smoke some nice hooka flavors. The flavor mixer knows what he is doing, and will recommend if anyone in the neighborhood to visit them

Hookah was alright. Overpriced in my opinion. Tea/coffee self service. Gotta pay extra for coconut charcoal and gotta pay for hose as well? Yeah probably not worth it.

I have been coming here for 5 years and in the last 5 months the quality of their service has deteriorated tremendously. Unfortunately, I will no longer be a regular due to the poor service. On a non busy night it takes 25-30 minutes plus to receive your hookah. New coals need to be requested multiple times before they actually give them. Hookah has lost its quality as well. Hopefully, this feedback/review will help the management to make some much needed changes to the service.

Love this place. Perfect for a quiet conversation or a study session. I went with a friend as my first outing after a breakup and River was our server. She handled all the customers well and checked up on us , and gave us new coal constantly. Exceptional timely service, manners, and conversation. We were even allowed to bring in our own food. Thank you so much. Will definitely be back!

Place is still very new but Hookah was well packed and the even ask you what type of coals you want! I will definitely be coming back.

Worst hookah lounge in the dmv. The Interior looks like it was made in 1960s. They just got some wooden benches and stuck them to the wall and said that's enough. There is not even a single menu, everything is just written on the wall. The hookahs are over priced also. The workers are really nice, except the short guy who claims he is the "owner". He doesn't have the slightest idea on how to run a buisness. It's disappointing because it's located at a very convenient location.

Best smoothie I've ever had. Great coffee, Thai tea, and hot tea pots. Courteous service and the hookahs are fantastic. Relaxing and inviting.

I like this place, i am one of the repetitive customers. But I always wanted them to change that but it has been years they are not working on that. When I come to the place nobody comes to the table to take an order until i go inside and tell them that heyyy I am here and want this and that. I don’t understand some times do we pay here to get a service or do we come here to serve ourselves and pay them? I go to take to the employees and they tell me that i have to come to them and order? Is this a joke or something? I forgot the guys name, but he is shorter and has a long hair; he is very nice. Used ti he good, the new employees are so rude and they act like we owe them , we are not customers . The place is great, but except few the employees are so rude and careless.
