I have been a customer for years and they have always called and been very helpful. However the past few months they always have attitudes or don’t communicate well when you call like they don’t want to help you. Really disappointed because they always had a hometown vibe and now they have lost their touch !

Just came for the first time to get a nebulizer machine for my little, they give me the wrong mask. I called and asked if they would fix it and get the right one, they said yes so I came back and they ordered the correct one but needed one that day so they went out of their way and went to another pharmacy and purchased me one!  VERY good customer service and very helpful!!

The best pharmacy in Northern Alabama. Where home town service is the best and friendly and smiling faces. Top notch service without the wait and hassle of big pharmacy stores. You find what you need and then some.

I'm so proud to have Hazel Green Pharmacy and the Covid vaccines they offer.  They have helped us tremendously.  They are the most kind and courteous folks.  Definitely recommend this pharmacy.   They have compatible prices, and offer large supply of supplements. God Bless America

Love this pharmacy! When I pictured living in a small town, this is exactly the friendliness and atmosphere I imagined from local businesses. Always friendly and welcoming whether you in the drive-thru or inside. Professional and patient with questions about new medications. And there are treats for the dogs. :

My husband and I moved to the area 1 year ago and decided to try the pharmacy for the convenience. I stopped in and filled out my paperwork and told the pharmacistthe pharmacist that my husband was almost out of his thyroid medicine and would need it by the next day. He assures me he can take care of it and they would call me when everything got taken care of. I wait and wait and hours later no call. I call back and they tell me they lost my paper work social security numbers on it and our personal information and that it was more than likely shredded. The next day I received a call and they apologized so I decided to try again. Disappointed would be an understatement. Several prescriptions messed up and always tend to blame it on the system. I wish them well and hopefully they will get better. We have moved all our prescriptions back to our old pharmacy. It’s just worth the drive.

Hazel Green is a small but well run pharmacy. My family has been going there for years.

Great friendly fast service! They have a table and games while you wait. They carry humidifiers in stock. They flavored sons antibiotic. Love this place!
