This place is amazing. We ordered flowers for a dear friends mothers funeral a week in advance then the day before get an email that the florist couldn’t make it on time. We call Hazels Flowers and Lorna got us what we needed on short notice. The price was reasonable and she was such an amazing person to do business with. Thank you for your quick response and exceptional service.

Exceeded my expectations!! Not only was the flower arrangement beautiful but the customer service was over and above anything I have ever experienced from any other company before. I received a call the day the flowers were to be delivered to the hospital that after the arrangement was made and taken to the hospital it was discovered that my father-in-law was in a room that did not allow fresh flowers. I was given the option of a silk flower bouquet or a promise that they would call the hospital daily until he was moved to a room that would allow fresh flowers. As promised the day he was moved to a new room I received a call letting me know that he had been moved and they would make the delivery that day. Hours later I received a call from my father-in-law thanking us for the beautiful flowers. That is the first time in over a week that we have heard cheer in his voice again! Thank you Hazel's Flowers for keeping your promise and putting a smile on his face. We can't thank you enough for your incredible customer service. We will definitely be using you again in the future.

Refused to sell us a single bouquet because they were "too busy" I completely understand wanting to give your employees time off and time with their families. I appreciate and applaud you for taking care of your employees. My main issue with our visit to the shop was the downright rude and passive aggressive attitude from the lady behind the counter. Not only did she cut us off and interrupt our questions several times, when she did call around, after getting the answers from the other shops she would hang up so fast and say "they are booked too" and smirk at us, almost to make a point. I would however like to add that BROADWAY FLOWERS not only has 10/10 customer service but frankly a far better selection. she was more than happy to answer any and all questions and had excellent customer service. We will be taking all of our future flower needs to them. Hope this helps.

Absolutely wonderful I was able to order them just before the deadline for same day delivery and the lady I spoke with was extremely helpful in choosing the right card. On top of that they were out of a single flower in the bouquet I had chosen and they chose an even BETTER replacement for me. My fiancé LOVED the bouquet. Great price, extremely fast delivery. 99/10 will be shopping here again for my flower needs

I live in Salt Lake City, Utah and Hazel's flowers should've been my FIRST choice to call because everywhere else they were done for the day---Lesson learned for me in the future. However they accommodated to my needs/wants of trying to have that connection with with my Grandma They asked me what was the occasion how much I wanted to spend which I appreciate because not all places will work with your budget... Another thing that topped there service is they delivered to my grandma's and she wasn't home they called me and I had asked them if they could deliver to the place of celebration without giving me grief they made it happen. I most definitely will always be a customer from afar ---Thank You Lorna for making my grandma's day special and making me feel special too...

These people always do a phenomenal job I was working out of town on Valentine's day I gave them a budget and my Wife was over impressed by there arrangement they also made one for my daughter and she was blown away ... definitely recommend a 10 out of 10 and it isn't cookie cutter they do amazing unique work I couldn't say enough good about them!

I went in to meet with a wedding consultant. I know nothing about flowers, but I had pictures ready. The consultant was super rude and didn’t even show me the products or past weddings she’s done. She told me I didn’t show her enough photos, which I had ready to show her but she didn’t give me a chance. She made me feel very uncomfortable. I was very disappointed because I know the owner is a sweet man. Would not recommend going here. They also have very few flowers to select from.
