I am shocked & saddened that HB police officers union is taking such a negative stand against police Chief Handy! I believe he has done a very good job. The union has over stepped it's grounds to protect a handful of arrogant & insolent police officers who were negligent in there duties and upsetting citizens setting off extreme fireworks very late one night for several hours, they must of been drinking to have had such impaired judgement! Because Chief Handy wanted to look into these actions the arrogant officers and of course arrogant union are trying to take him down! I am more than disgusted with this situation. I would like to form a rally against these disgusting actions.
HBPD has almost always been able to do more with less. Any negative reviews Pam -- semiliterate A Google User -- criminal, are most likely left by ignorant individuals that can't quite seem to grasp coherence.
