Great place to have hair cut and a friendly chat at the same time.
Doesn’t know how to treat a new customer. Over priced for basic haircut and didn’t even get a shave! Was laughed at as I was walking out. Funny no one was even talking..Definitely won’t be going back!Service: Haircut
TL;DR: Great Service, Great atmosphere, Great cut Allen is a cool guy, and a great conversationalist! He told me about all of the places to checkout here in Round Rock and Georgetown. He was exactly on time to the appointment that I set up on Booksy. This isn’t your typically barbershop. Its 2 chairs in a room which gives you a nice private and comfortable space to get your haircut. It’s been a while since I’ve had a cut so nice. My wife complimented me as soon as I got home which is great!
First time at this location. David D. was very professional and friendly. More importantly, he was able to bring out the vision I had for my hairstyle in a 2-minute conversation. -You have to make an appointment online. The online system was pretty easy. -My haircut and slight beard trim were $32+tip. Well worth it. -The place is spotless and well kept.
My boy Mike always keeps me looking tight. Everything you want out of a barber shop. Go get a cut, your hair will thank you. And ya lady
This place is legit! They do an amazing job. It's worth every penny spent. The amount of detail and time they put into every haircut is amazing. It's very lively and talkative. I'd highly recommend going here but I think an appointment is preferred but they do take walk ins.
A year ago I was looking for a Barber and came across these guys. They are all awesome and always make me and my boy feel right at home. Comfortable and always some laughs to be had. Marquise hits it out of the park every time but any one of them are capable of the same. Keep up the good work fellas.
Fantastic experience getting a haircut and a beard trim here. David was extremely detailed and a great conversationalist. I would give this 10 stars if possible. Highly recommend and very accommodating to my schedule!
Trying to find a new barber just moved to Round Rock. Based off of my searches chose this barber shop out of all the ones in the area. I walked in at 11:20am was greeted with what’s up said sup back. Asked if had appointment answered no, wasn’t notated anywhere appointment only. He said aight we’ll see who can get you. Instead he continued to do his buddies hair. Another baber came in through back nothing ever said. I sat there patiently awaiting my time. Got up and left at 12:03 because still no cut no acknowledgement from the other barbers. Other people sat while waiting whom came in after me. Ther was no be with with you in a min, or even saying we are booked all day nothing. As everyone who tries to get a new barber knows first impressions everything. You can definitely tell there is discomfort when people of lighter skin come in, not wanting to have conversations, it was a very uncomfortable feeling. Barbers never said anything to me just watched me sit there. If you only take appointments that needs to be present not only on your door for display but on your site. The prices as well are high which I don’t mind paying if it’s worth it. Unfortunately will never know if it is worth it because they failed to provide the basics of customer service. Weather a client is new or returning each needs to be treated the same. Yes you get a one star even though I didn’t get a fresh fade and edge up. I waisted more than half an hour sitting in a quite barbershop where no one would speak unless they knew the person. Not the experience I was expecting. Now I have to waist more of my time to find an actual barber and barbershop again.thanks for the horrible experience.
