I am passionate about helping others achieve their goals for healthier relationships, improved behaviors, and developing a more mindful positive approach to life's challenging circumstances. My therapeutic approach is Client Centered which means the therapy I provide is custom fit to address the needs of each client.
I am a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist; for those who are interested in a mindful approach to changing behaviors, I provide a relaxing, calm environment in which I direct the individual through progressive relaxation and soothing visual scenarios. Hypnosis can help overcome Depression, Anxiety, Grief, low Self-Esteem, and improve confidence.
I have worked in the mental health field for 10+ years and have training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Balancing Stress and Anxiety. Additionally, I am a certified School Counselor who is able to provide insight to school-based needs and provide services to school-age children.
