Usually when I visit the healing salt cave, I used the salt cave services. However when I visited most recently I had a facial with Kereny. I have never had a facial before and I was really nervous and did not know what to expect. She made the whole experience really easy and made me feel at ease. She explained the whole process before we got started on what she was going to do with the services. Then throughout the service she was checking in on me to see how I was doing. She was able to give some helpful tips on skin care as well when we were finished. I would recommend this service and Kereny to anyone that would ask.
Loved our therapeutic bath and hand and foot detox today. We were greeted well, given clear instructions, and the rooms and temperatures were all pleasant and comfortable. Not to mention how a simple thing like salt can undo so much damage in our bodies. I feel so light....clear. Will definitely be going again to try more services when we can. Definitely recommend.
Treated myself to a day of pampering, starting with the infrared sauna that left me feeling totally amazing, rejuvenated and my skin is soo soft. Then a 60 minute hot stone massage with Kereny. Definitely recommend her. One of the best massages I have had. Thank you for a great start of my day
I just completed a 2 month package of 8 saunas and 8 salt cave sessions. I am breathing deeper and clearer, and my skin shines. The environment is clean, serene and visually inspiring. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Good job!
My boyfriend and I went and tried the salt caves & floatation together for my birthday. Our experience was amazing! Definitely unique & memorable. The staff were very kind, friendly & knowledgeable walking us through each step of our experience and how everything works. We left feeling completely relaxed. The salt caves also helped to completely clear my sinuses from bad seasonal allergies that I have been experiencing. We would definitely make the trek back from Toronto to visit again.
My daughter took me for a birthday surprise. I was able to relax in the tub followed by an amazing rejuvenated massage followed by the relaxing cave The staff are so friendly and professional and I would highly recommend. A great way to spend my Saturday morning
I had a incredible facial service with Kereny. I was welcomed by the front desk and felt right at home. It was a very relaxing spa environment. Kereny facials were one of a kind, she was very skilled and paid special attention to my skin needs. My skin felt like a million bucks after the treatment. I can't wait to return for another pampering session. If you are looking for a top notch facial experience, you need to see Kereny!
The Salt Cave experience is amazing! I've suffered from sinus headaches as long as I can remember. I had relief for days after experiencing only one session. Outside of this, its absolutely the most relaxing time I've spent in a long time. You should definitely give it a try!
Look no further, you don’t need to go to Niagara for a great spa experience. Take it from this spa junkie this place is awesome. I have not yet actually seen the salt caves. I elected to get 2 treatments. The blue lagoon scrub/soak and massage followed by a facial. It was fantastic. The place is spotless. The ambience is warm and inviting. My aesthetician was Kereny and she may be one of the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of being worked on by. Kereny is worth her weight in gold. Magic hands. I don’t like to talk because I want to relax, I was not made to feel I needed to. She checked in just enough to make sure I was ok. She is a pro. I highly recommend her if you go there. I will definitely go back.
In comparison with other healing of salt caves in Ontario, I would say that THIS place has a special place inside my heart. They have fulfilled my expectations to the moon and back. Thank you for the wonderful experiences that I’ve had over the few months. I truly appreciate your help and service.
