Hello, my name is Mallory Leonard and I am the owner of Health by Design. There is no limit to the amazing benefits of massage, and that's what makes my job so great, and I love it. My massage in its essence is providing educated and caring hands to reduce the negative mental and physical aspects of our lives, such as stress, anxiety, pain and exhaustion.
