Brought my son to the express care for a x ray, there was over a hour wait until he was seen which is expected. The Nurse Practitioner wanted the pediatric radiologist to read the images as it was more difficult the look at pediatric patients since the bones are still growing. No problem! She said she would call us with the results, this did not happen. So I call the express care which is open on Tuesday until 7 with no answer, I also called and pressed the option to get to their primary care located within in the building with no answer. If you say you will contact a patient with results then you are expected to do so. Especially when it’s a pediatric patient. How is this happening? Nobody is coming to get an X-ray because they just felt like they had nothing better to do. People come to find out the results of the X-ray. Do better! Huge thumbs down when it comes to communication.
Staff is fine. Wait times are in line with every other medical facility in the world. Sometimes busy, sometimes right away. Care is ok. However the hospital this facility is affiliated with LVHN has a poor reputation both from patient and employee. Their primary focus is to bill not care for. Any of their caregivers if being honest will tell you that. Emergency situation is fine but for primary care I would look elsewhere.
My father has mental health concerns and needs medicine until he sees a specialist for his mental health. I have been contacting this office for 3 days, and when I spoke to the on-call nurse, she advised that it takes 24 hours for the doctor to reply. Still no reply the doctor can't make this a priority is really unfortunate.
TBH I was surprised to read the reviews of a long wait; I have never experienced that in the doctor's office or express care. Love the convenience of the lab and xray there as well. Office staff has been pleasant. The only "complaint" that I have is having to wait close to 5 months to see Dr Miksiewicz for a well visit. She is awesome!
The receptionist was gossiping when we arrived. They both stopped and looked at us and continued to gossip. After a while, the receptionist said “ thank you for your patience,” while smiling. I didn't know you can get paid to gossip and not tend to incoming patients. There's no humanity nor proper customer service etiquette. So disappointed.
I understand the healthcare system is overloaded right now but if you are not going to honor appointments- don’t allow people to make them. Two hours and fifteen minutes later and I’m still waiting in my car to be seen. If you want to do walk in only don’t allow for people to make appointments. Beyond frustrated- hard enough to get yourself to the doctor when you feel terrible and then to wait and have to drive home feeling lousy.
Have scheduled two appt for a well visit trying to establish care for my son but both appt have been cancelled. Also have called to see if records have been sent and no one can give answers.
This place is a joke! They steal your money, cannot diagnose you and pass the buck every single time! I can’t believe I even came here again! Nicole Lindy is the WORST Nurse practitioner that I’ve ever come across. Her attitude is extremely unprofessional and I will never go back again!!
Never been here until today, had no idea where I was going and the lady at the ExpressCare was very annoyed and rude about it. I waited 2 hours for a doctor to come in and then she just left. I had to go back to the ladies to see them all on computers and tell them that this is ridiculous because I have other stuff going on I need to attend to at home. Don’t come here if you want to literally wait forever.
Giving this place a 1 is being to kind! I have a lump growing out of my arm, I was told they couldn't get me in for over a month. Told me to go to the hospital. I can't afford hospital bill! This is why I have a doctor! My daughter somehow got an appointment, called to see if I can take her place. Was asked to please hold, waited 35 minutes. Then get a message that they are currently closed, I just spoke to the office personnel. Then I got transferred to out of office answering service. I can't freaking believe this place! The woman said they are in, must be busy. I have been in pain! This 3rd time I called. DO NOT!! Even go to this place!
