I came to the Dept of Health to get my grandson’s birth certificate. The lady at the counter was so nice and understanding. Unfortunately she was not able to give me the birth certificate because I was a grandparent and not parent. I explained my situation and that my daughter was disable and could not come in. Juanita gave me her phone number and said just bring my daughter back and she would come to the car. I rushed back home and brought my daughter back. Jaunita came out to the car and collected the documents and returned the the birth certificate. Wonderful and friendly lady

Took my son for his first cavity today and he was very nervous. A student that was working spent extra time with him to make sure he was comfortable. She went through everything in the room and explained it all to him, and even let him pick his sunglasses. He has to have another one done next week, and he isn’t nervous at all. Thank you Nichole!

Very unprofessional behavior when it comes to booking an appointment through the phone. The other day I called 7 times just for them to answer the phone. Today I'm calling to reschedule and was rudely interrupted by the receptionist. Apparently her conversation with a fellow employee was more important then to listen to me speak to her about my child appointment. Not even an "excuse me for one minute" "please hold" nothin; She "jess or "jesa" just straight up had a conversation with this employee as I was speaking to her.

ZERO STARS . Whoever is working on 02-16-2022 between 2:49pm & 2:52pm keeps picking the phone up & hanging it up I called 7 times with the same greeting every time a phone picked up and hung up no one answered the phone. This person needs to be fired. they need an operator that actually answers the phones.

I’ve been coming to this clinic for a few years now for free or low-cost birth control, STI testing and exams. Sometimes the wait is long but I never spend more than an hour in the building. The nurses and staff have always made me feel welcome and safe, and treated with dignity.

Got to this place at 7:15 am. First one for the clinic. I was with my 3 yr old mind you. So 8 o'clock comes someone skips me! So I decide to knock on the window. I tell them I was first and waited a long time. Manager was rood and kept bickering with me. Other lady looked at me crazy. Once I got to see the nurse, she was excellent, fast and great customer service. As far as the people at front get out of that position if that's how your going to treat people.

Rude staff. Not sure why they are working somewhere they clearly don't want to be. Absolutely no friendliness. I simply asked how to get a copy of my birth certificate and the woman barked orders and never made eye contact. No wonder government workers have such a bad reputation. Avoid this office if you can. Not sure about other locations but this one is awful. The lady didn't have a name tag but whoever is working the front window today is seriously bitter about where she is.

So thankful for this Dental Office & ALL of it's staff!! Special thank you to the specific tech, Pat, for my teeth probs & coming up with a Treatment Plan as well as Jamie & the Docs Ms. Nyguen & Ms. Orlando... and again to everyone there who are professional yet help relieve my anxiety concerns. You Ladies Are The Best!!

Put your thick skin on if you must deal with the reception staff at this facility. They treat you as if they were doing you a favor. Expect zero empathy to abrupt and hostile if you ask more than one question. They need to have someone from Tallahassee come in undercover and document this behavior. That and complain to TV news consumer reporters. That’s the only way to fix this.

My review is for the Veteran Services located at this address. I have never been treated so poorly. Mr. Gross lived up to his name in demeanor and attitude. I will never step foot in this place again. I'll seek Veteran help, if I need it, somewhere else.
