The greatness started when I called. Ashley Rooker answered. She listened to my concern and told me they could assist me. It was six o’clock and they closed at 7. She told me I could still come in. I drove there and arrived about 6:20. She let me know I have an outstanding bill butt still allowed me to be seen. She then printed my billing out and let me know she would have a billing specialist reach out to me. She never judged me and remained caring and professional. I also witnessed her on the phone with a patient when I walked in, she handled the call with a cheerful attitude and also had a great interaction with the fed ex delivery man as I waited and was so kind to the patient after me. Customer service is huge and she nailed it. I was called back after a short wait where I met Katie Gatte. The M.A. She was great. My blood pressure was high. She took it again for me and calmed me down by letting me know it was high probably due to the stress I was experiencing. She helped me with all the testing they had to do and was very patient with me. After that I met with the nurse practitioner Ashley Tobicash. I wish she would open up her own practice. She is such a blessings. I have had two encounters with her and she has impressed me both times with her listening ear, her calm demeanor, and her eagerness to help her patients. All three of them are amazing. They stayed late and made sure all of my concerns were addressed. I hope Health Express realizes how great the team really is and what a difference they make. They have hearts of gold and treat the patients like family. I just appreciate them for all they do to help our community. Oh and before I left, they took my blood pressure again to be sure I was ok and yes, after my experience with them, my blood pressure came down Thank you ladies for being there for me.
Second time visiting this urgent care and I absolutely love it! The fact they have appointment scheduling online, everyone is so nice and professional, timing has always been the best and they get back to you after you had some tests sent out. Not to mention the Nurse Practitioner is outstanding and knowledgeable! You can tell she loves what she does! I definitely will drive from elyria, where I live, to go here everytime! Thank you all!
This is my go-to urgent care for my toddlers. Online appointments are super convenient and theres always availability. You can do all the paperwork right in the portal before going and the visits are really efficient. We've had the same doctor the past several visits, Dr. Tobicash and she's absolutely wonderful!
I had an appt.; walked in and checked in registered online, and got right in at my appointed time. It was a quick visit. I got the meds I needed and hopefully they will work. This morning was the first time for taking them. Very personable receptionist.
Yesterday was 3rd time visiting this urgent care. There is a reason they have the highest rating for "Urgent Care Near Me". The entire staff is so kind and and professional. I'd rather drive a little further even when sick.they are not nearest to me, to receive kind and competent care, and would recommend them to anyone.
This is my go-to place when something unexpected pops up. Very professional, clean, and friendly staff in all of my visits. Very upfront with all information and quality overall patient experience. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
My provider Riche the nurse practitioner was in to see me very quickly. She was knowledgeable and easy to talk with. Would recommend her 10/10! The front desk and Nikki the MA were all great, professional and quick.
Staff were friendly and helpful, the PA was attentive, careful and gave an excellent recommendation as to what I should do next, and I did. Then, after further consultation, she called me while I was driving home to check on further information to make sure I was aware of the best next action on my part. That’s way more than other urgent care personnel has ever done to assure I was pursuing. And, she was “dead on”. Thanks so much!
It is very easy to schedule an appointment and the wait time was minimal. The provider, Ashley, is very professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable. The staff is kind and the facility clean.
Very clean office. Everyone is always so kind. They are fast and efficient. This is our go to urgent care if we are in a pinch. We’ve also done virtual visits in the past and I would recommend
