Integrated Healing - Integral Health.
In the search for optimal health it is critical to integrate the physical, mental and spiritual dimensions, something that is possible for every individual. To reach this goal we can incorporate various therapeutic modalities such as homeopathy, counseling, relaxation and visualization techniques, traditional natural remedies, herbs, exercise, physical treatments, flower essences, counseling and conventional medicine.

The process of healing occurs when the individual is given an environment with the factors that maximize its innate abilities to cure itself. The optimum environment is created through proper food, respiration, psychological and spiritual elements, and at times, the use of supplements and medicines, when the organism is not able to continue the process without aid.
