Dr. David Pascal is in his 31st year of treating patients with headaches, migraines, neck pain, hormone issues, allergies, fibromyalgia, neurologic problems, back pain, athletic injuries and digestion issues. First to be certified in Cold Laser Therapy", Dr. Pascal is an instructor of the Neurologic Relief Center Technique. Dr. Pascal has treated athletes at two Olympic Games and four World Championships. Patients from Europe, Asia, and across the United States come to the Health Institute of North Carolina for his specialized care.
