I go to this clinic primarily for mamms, dexascans or lab My experience has always been great. After being sick for a week, I will check out their urgent care tomorrow.
I've only been there once a long time ago when I moved to Bloomington. They have a big clinic there with different Drs and have a pharmacy
They sent my $34 bill to collections without a warning notice. I was told by my doctor that I should not get a bill anyways for services they were done that day. Very disappointed because this was a pretty decent clinic over the years I have gone here.
I came to the clinic hoping to find a new primary care provider. I expected to share my medical history, discuss my health related goals, and get some lab work done to identify how my condition has progressed and establish a baseline for this year. I was sorely disappointed in my experience with Dr. Eckstam because, although she was polite and asked me a little bit about myself, she didn't ask a single question about my medical history, current health, my health goals, or what brought me in that day. I will be looking for a different provider who is proactive to understand my medical needs and goals.
Have never waited so long for a scheduled appointment with no concern from the care team. They are terrible at keeping notes and waste everyone’s time. So sick of playing phone tag for scheduling and referrals when there is no communication with the dr team or notes placed in my account. This is absolutely ridiculous and unfortunate that due to insurance I have to continue to use these subpar services.
I don't recommend this Clinic. Dr. Ali has been nothing but a difficult doctor. They don't like when you're educated and do much research about the services they should be providing. I have been sick over a month and half with bronchitis. This doctor did nothing to perscribe medication. I went to another doctor finally. I am starting to recover. They must hire doctors with cracker Jack's license. Giving people heads up.
Went in for a pre-op physical, doctor had me get numerus blood tests, and an ECG test. I am in very good health, yet all these tests, I asked for an explanation for all the tests and did not get a reason. It appears they like to run up your bill if you ask me.
Duplicated my billing to the tune of thousands of dollars within 2 months time. Was always given a runaround by billing who claimed to have nothing to do with it, they would try to push me to sign up for their payment plans for fraud they commited. They will bleed you dry and try to withhold paperwork if you owe any money.
After some research, I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Sebonego and I could not have found a better provider. I have been dealing with unresolved pain for the last 6 years. I've done all the tests you can imagine and specialists couldn't figure it out. I decided to try internal medicine and I felt so seen with Dr. Sebonego. He was patient, had wonderful manners, and while he didn't know the cause of my pain, he was willing to put in the work with me. I'm forever grateful to him for listening to me and getting me the treatment I needed.
I have been using this clinic for my primary care for a few years and have nothing but good things to say about them. I have seen Julia Jesme, Dr. Ali, and Dr. Maadi. They have all been really friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. I have never felt rushed. I have always felt listened to.
