If you need a referral, be prepared for it to take a YEAR. I am not just puling this out of thin air. My husband experienced the same thing. If you DO get a referral they will not make sure the place is taking new patients or takes your insurance, so you could end up waiting over and over for months and months till they get it right. I needed referral for counseling; the receptionists TWICE sent POLICE to my house with a story saying "if we send the police there, you don't need a referral! The police will give you a paper so you can get counseling right away!" I was baffled, confused, embarrassed, insulted. Found out that is a baloney lie and not some creepy magic loophole to getting a counseling referral, not that they gave me a choice. You will get a broken answering service machine literally does not work most of the time when you call. I also dealt with rudeness and extreme short-sightedness by both NPs, nurses and receptionists. They have no patient advocacy department whatsoever, which is convenient for them as they suck so much. My medical needs were NOT met during my time there, nor were my husband's during his. My advice: don't let them jerk you around for a year waiting. Get a different doctor! Only people who love getting ignored and screwed over in ways they couldn't imagine a doc office would do to them should go there.

If I could give a 0 stars I would. My appointment was for 9:30am. I got there and checked in at about 9:05am. I'm still waiting in the lobby and it's 10:45am. So far, over 45 minutes wait. Do Dr's not realize we have lives too and don't want to wait at a physicians office bc they're late? If I was late, I'd either have to reschedule, but if they're late, you have to wait. And bc they're booked months in advance, you can't reschedule to be seen until then if it may be an urgent situation. I'm not happy at all!! I really miss Jessica!

You are told to check in online. I did. Then you are told to arrive 15 minutes early… I did. Then you sit and wait an hour. After which time you inquire as to why you have not been called back only for them to tell you that you need to make another appointment. Why? I had an appointment today. Plus I had to take off work and drive over an hour from my job. Not acceptable.

I’m giving them a 1 star because they need to get their information straight. I don’t know who did it at the front desk, whoever did it they need to look at the information clearly and stop rushing when it comes to the information. The front desk are unprofessional and needs to get their business right when it comes to the information. You can get a trouble when it comes to put wrong information on the computer. Whoever at the front desk, messed up the information . If someone put their information wrong on the computer when it comes coding. That person get mad. Whoever works at the front desk needs to get it right or get fired.

I have been using walgreens for YEARS and have dealt with nothing but excuses, delays and aggravation. I was told about Pavillion pharmacy and I am AMAZED. They had my prescription ready in 10 minutes, were polite and explained everything! Not only am I transferring all my meds to them, I am changing my primary physician to health Pavillion north.

Every time we go here for an x-ray or ct scan, the lady at registration is rude and always insists the orders or paperwork are wrong. She actually told us there is 1 person ahead of you to register, you may want to come back later. Gas is $4.00 a gallon....why would we want to come back later. She would not even call the x-ray dept at Cape Fear Valley or the doctor even though he had written his phone number on the orders. We will never go here again for any test and do not recommend to family or friends!!!

*This review was written during the pandemic* I drove from Raleigh to receive my first covid vaccine pfizer. The Cape Fear Health system had opened up the vaccine to Group 5 everyone. The system this hospital had put into place ran very smoothly. I was in and out in 10 minutes. All of the people I came in contact with were super helpful. I'm glad that I made the drive. Side note: 40 had construction near Fayetteville March 2021 so it might be advantageous to take a secondary route during peak travel times if driving from the Raleigh area.

I have changed from 1 star to 3 because I have been contacted by the management and informed my concerns have been taking care. I have not had the need to test this.

Yeah. Dr. Tucker is the best.
