I went in at about 2:10 on a Monday for my birth certificate$28. I filled out the form and turned it in, ten minutes later they called my name, I paid the fee$1.75 charge for credit card payment and I was out of there at 2:20 with my birth certificate. If you were born before '75 your birth certificate is mailed to you.
