I was interested in goji and acai berries. They had dried goji berries in stock and they ordered Frozen acai berries for me. Very good customer service, accommodating and I got a call when the order came in!
This place has everything you need when it comes to natural foods, vitamins and more. The service is excellent and everyone here is truly knowledgeable about natural foods or other products. This place is not just any health store but a neighborhood store with people who cares about others health. If you haven't been to Health Trails Natural Foods yet you definitely have to visit when you are in the Newport News, VA area.
Visited the store for the first time and got some vegan banana bread from the bakery. OMG so good! Nice crunch on the outside and the perfect amount of sweetness. Look forward to trying another goodie. Excellent place to go if you are looking for a sweet vegan treat!
I like this store because it sells a lot of the natural products I like buying. However, the associates could use some customer service skills. I'm next in line and I walk up to the register and I asked the man hey how are you...dead silence. At least he spoke once to tell me my total. Didnt say thank you have a nice day or anything. Just put the stuff in my bag and kind of waited for me to leave. I've had better experiences where associated are very helpful but this guy needs to learn some people skills
I drive from Norfolk at least once a month to shop here. The staff is knowledgeable and super helpful, the keto bakery is awesome, and I always find something on the shelves that I need in my life.

First off, the employees are always friendly, their products are ALWAYS stocked, and the chef who prepares the most delicious, diverse, and keto friendly and gluten free options only catapults this location to new heights of wellness. From the cookies to the keto bread, to the amazing cupcakes and muffins, there is something to satisfy EVERYONE'S taste buds. As far as the price, a little expensive BUT when you are getting quality ingredients on a consistent basis, every penny is worth it! PLUS, ever so often they run specials that allow you to splurge just a little.

I never knew this place existed until I randomly found it online. I went there today for my first visit and it was a great experience. It's like a mini Whole Foods! The staff was so friendly and courteous. Definitely going back!
I was looking for keto friendly desserts and came to Health Trails because I was told they had it. I purchased the desserts by Live Sprightly Co in the baking smoothie section and they were absolutely delicious. The Whoopie Pies, cupcakes, donuts and cookies where what I ended up purchasing and they did not disappoint and I didnt have any guilt because it was good for the keto diet. The customer service was wonderful as well. It was like a health food mega store.
