The purpose of the Agency is to provide needed mental health services, inclusive of Substance Abuse Services, to the residents of Salem County and the surrounding community.
These services are provided on a continuum that is consistent with the philosophy of serving clients in the least restrictive setting to adequately meet their needs.
All services are prioritized for the defined target population with each person being treated as an individual. All services are offered in a culturally competent and sensitive manner and is in compliance with all Federal, State, and Divisional Standards.
